I can't stop making this! Easy dessert that will blow your mind [NO OVEN]
Donut holes coated with cinnamon sugar! Warm, soft, fluffy and packed with flavour. Try out this easy recipe and let me know what you think:)
*Ingredients*
✰ 1 ½ cups all purpose flour (180g)
✰ 3 tbsp granulated sugar
✰ 1 tsp instant dry yeast (3g)
✰ ½ tsp salt
✰ ½ cup whole milk (120g)
✰ 2 tbsp unsalted butter (30g)
✰ vegetable oil or canola oil for frying
Sugar coating:
✰ ¼ cup granulated sugar
✰ ¾ tsp cinnamon powder
*Tips:*
✰ Weigh the dough to 15g each
✰ Yields 24 donut holes

I prefer butter instead of oil ... It would be ok?
Of course! You can use 1/4 cup of melted unsalted butter instead of oil. I personally used (and recommend) oil because it makes the cake more moist😊
