As a certified drone pilot, one thing you need to do have a flat surface for your drone to fly off and and land from, assuring it goes and comes back safe with no mess getting into your motors.

Depends where u live, most of the countries need a license/certificate i believe if the drone is above 250grams@@bladel9

In my opinion the only drone i need is dji mini 3 which is under 249gr in order to fly 50m from people, to not be critical to have a2 license and to not be so loud!
