I love how the backgrounds in all of these are based on the console ports instead of the PC version. Great remix as always. Can't wait for Brainiac Maniac!
originally, it was supposed to be based on just the pc version, but funnily enough, space limitations made me add in parts from the console versions. if not for the bushes and telephone pole, there'd be a 7 seed slot limit thanks to the sun counter and shovel! the console ports are really good. only played a little bit on the xbox 360, but i've seen enough praise given to the ports to know they still capture the same enjoyment as the pc version, if not more with the versus mode. brainiac maniac should be out tomorrow!
@@UDUC I personally prefer the console port's controls for rapid fire planting (You can do the I zombie bungee trick without an autoclicker in the console ports). Co op is literally the only reason I've finished adventure like 15 times. And don't forget the Exclusive mini game, Heavy Weapon!

I was wondering why the football zombie had facepaint like fan imp until I realized it was because the artist was immitating (no pun intended) a 4-color sprite limitation for the plants and zombies. And you know what? That makes these remixes even better! :D
you can thank the console ports for the addition of the telephone pole, which helped the aspect ratio of the image allow for more than 7 or so seed slots

potato mines can actually be planted in flower pots! it's weird, but it can be done, since technically the zombies don't need to walk on it to activate it (and rather just touch it).
