HI Bryce, We were just in Cabo and put an offer in on a unit in The Cabo Peninsula Residences. We are planning to airbnb it but we are also a little concerned with so many condo’s going up and the competition getting stronger. What are your thoughts? Our unit is 202C selling for $790,000. It’s a 3 bed, 3 ba under construction. It has 180 degree views of the ocean and city. It is located at the gates of Pueblo bonito Sunset Beach. Has a concierge, elevators, gated, gym, fire pits, pool, jacuzzi’s, outdoor kitchen for parties. I am already an airbnb super host and want to add to my portfolio. Since you live there I would be very interested to know if you think we can rent this out for $450-500. Per night. Thank you so much! Love your info!
Hello, Thanks for your comment. Yes, I know the condos you are referring to... As far as the numbers go, Anything is possible! But I would say those are some high numbers to base your projected income off of. Most 3 bedroom condos within quivira have an average rate of 300-350 per night based on AirDna analysis.
@@brycepenner Thank you so much Bryce! I believe we may back out of the deal. As I was researching airbnb and vrbo I saw the same thing you are as far 3 bedroom units go. And the fact that there are so many condo’s being built right now in Cabo. Maybe we’ll wait for a deal later!
