Mark: At 12:32, you show a P/E of 14.3 vs 13.7 (5-year avg) on the slide, but you actually say the 5-year avg. is 19.3. I assume the error is on the slide, but just wanted to confirm?

looking at individual dividend stocks VS. Dividend ETF's., Trying to weigh which is a better route to take.
ETFs if you don’t want to micromanage but if you individually buy the stocks in those ETFs you don’t pay the fee for the ETF. However it takes time to manage a bigger portfolio. So if you want to buy and forget ETFs are where it’s at. If you want to manage buy individual stocks. If you are new and want to manage I suggest 90% into ETFs and play with the other 10% to learn and slowly move those percentages as you get more confidence

If McDees is renting out the locations why would it be down ?
Stocks don’t just go up. If stores are not performing well and MCD shares in the profits of franchises and have their fully owned stores, that would weigh on financial results
Out of the 40031 McDonald's restaurants, 37295 or 93% were franchised, while the remaining 2736 were company operated. This totals to almost $42 billion worth of assets on the balance sheet, making McDonald's one of the largest real estate companies in the world.

Please a recession has been forecast for the past 6 years.
@@lynndomby8332 a fed which is in no hurry to lower rates, unemployment slowly on the rise and an inverted yield curve for the last 20 months roughly I think... add to that a weakening consumer ... the chances we see a recession are rather high in my books
