- In this video, we take a trip to the great Midwest train show in Wheaton, Illinois, where I picked up some cool train stuff that will take a look at.
Also, I do a little bit of maintenance work on one of the engines that I got.
And finally, I do another viewers layout feature.
This layout was sent in by TH-camr Railchief 74 , Make sure you check out and subscribe to his channel. It’s a good one.

I missed the show this month. Enjoyed the video. Great work!!!
Wheaton has great shows, went once last year, maybe some time this year? I usually get a corndog in the second building. Thank you for sharing the video, you can't go wrong with Marx. -Steve
Well to start I think the orange T Shirts look great on you and also looks like you made a good hual on cars and stuff I have those plastic caboose from when I was a kid along with that Santa fe box car I have too
Derek, Those couplers on the Marx SP caboose are Marx's plastic tilt couplers. They were used on the deluxe 3/16 cars. Marx made a special uncoupling track section that had a pop up lever that would uncouple cars with this type of coupler. The slot in the coupler allows you to couple the caboose to any Marx tab and slot type couplers. Marx also made a Marx to Lionel coupler adapter that fit into the slot on the plastic tilt coupler. The Robert Grossman Co. Sells them.
Great information. Thank you very much. That’s one of the things I love about the railroad and community is everybody’s helping everybody out.
Enjoyed the video👍👍
Thank you so much Derek! You just made my Day🚂
My pleasure!
@@Pvilletrains I would have sent you another video featuring a Birds Eye view. The problem is that you would’ve gotten the best result
