It's amazing how China has progressed over the decades to become what it is today. Beautifully organised, but really... the warships and jets playing on the screen while the band plays kind of spoil it all. We know it's typical of communist states to highlight its military prowess, but wouldn't it be more impressive to showcase the various cultures and landscapes the country is so rich of?
