    Do you have any Camera Backpack recommendations? Have you tried the Wandrd Prvke?

    Great review. I've been using a Lowepro Truckee for a while and it's served me well.

      Thank you. Just checked it out it looks great and the top section of the bag looks well thought out and has easy access to it.

      @@KyleJenkins plenty of room. The best part is it accessibility. Easy and large compartment.

    Thanks a lot for this interesting review...but, would you be so kind as to tell us which model is the wandrd backpack ? a 21 liters or a 31 liters..that would be of great help to make an accurate choice. best regards from Italy.

      @KyleJenkins  ปีที่แล้ว

      21 litres, I'd deffo go for the 31 though!

      @@KyleJenkins Thanks a lot, do you think that the 31 l wis more comfortable or versatile..is it not too big...sorry but I live in Italy and have never see those in the real life..

      @KyleJenkins  ปีที่แล้ว

      @Christian Laurent I haven't seen the 31 hands on but I still think it'll be quite small and you can fit a lot in there with out it being to top heavy

    Great video! How water resistant is it? Have you been able to test it in the rain or snow?

    • @KyleJenkins
      @KyleJenkins  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you 😁 what I didn't show in the video was that it comes with a water proof covering, however, I have never really used it as I've found it's already pretty water resistant, never had the chance to try it in the snow but I'm sure it would manage well 💪

    Great to the point review. Nice.
    I have this bag and have a few complaints:
    - filling the camera cube makes it hard to fit larger water bottles in
    - there is some competition for internal volume - particularly with the side pocket and the top 'quick access' pocket in the roll top
    - wish there was some other way of fixing a tripod and water bottle to it
    - wish the cube was a little deeper as it's not quite enough to stand up a Sigma 24-70
    - I have some concerns that if the zip goes, the whole front is tipping with it.
    Otherwise it's pretty comfortable and probably one the better of the hybrid tech/camera bags out there, though not the best as a dedicated camera bag. It doesn't look like a camera bag though so you can avoid being a target and not look like a landscape photographer lost in the city. The roll top is useful for carrying extra stuff!
    I'm looking at the Mindshift Backlight or NYA Evo 36 next.

      Thanks, David. Great points, I completely feel you with the water bottle situation, as someone who guzzles a large amount of water each day this can not having enough room for a big bottle and try is frustrating. The cube could be a little deeper to fit more lens and a camera with a battery grip in there. Wow, that backpack looks great and built really well, my only issue is that it doesn’t look like it has a quick acssess to your camera.

    • @thedachmo
      @thedachmo 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@KyleJenkins I think the quick access comes from using the hip straps and rotating the bag round to the front, then opening it up from the back... Which isn't that quick access, lol! You can do this on the Prvrke too if you fit straps inside. I tend not to use the side access as I use a Peak Design Capture clip to hold the camera when I don't want to hold it. Then I'm only going into the bag for a lens change or to put it away.

    • @KyleJenkins
      @KyleJenkins  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@thedachmo Ah yeah that's not so quick, thanks for the tip I’ll give it a go, I normally just put the bag down to open it but this seems like a handy trick. That capture clip looks sweet will have to invest in one of those.

    • @thedachmo
      @thedachmo 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@KyleJenkins the clip isn't for everyone, but I love being able to be hands free yet have my camera ready in an instant. You can use it one handed and it's better than a camera swinging away on a strap!!

    • @KyleJenkins
      @KyleJenkins  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I would feel much more confident with that clip than a normal camera strap!
