Ahh, mhy teacher gave this to me but after trying for a few weeks I barely looked at half of the score and I have the feeling I shouldn't touch this for another 2 years otherwise it will take me half year just top get to your slow version. :( it's great to have the slowed down versions to be able to figure out some parts, thank you. String changes involving 4th finger are difficult for me, in my version I have some finger "replacements" when you would need to go 2nd->2nd to other string and using 3rd instead of 2nd for a note, I think these are meant for making it more seamless and convenient but just totally kill my intonation (no idea where note is supposed to be). Bars 24-25, 39, 42 are ugh, didn't even look at the rest yet. So I kind of hate this piece more and more now, hope it will pass.
Happy to say after about a week i started to like this piece, i never really perfected it as it's a bit too advanced for me but it's a nice piece and i plan to revisit it at some point! I still like to listen to it occasionally and imagine I am playing it this well :)
I’m doing this for NYSSMA. There is one part I’m struggling with I can’t get it up a higher tempo. How fast does it have to be for NYSSMA? I’m gonna fail miserably lol please help me😂
