12:29 Sir don't get scared if the chimney turns on and off in the middle of the night. We have a chimney which works exactly like that and it malfunctions quiet often. Don't forget to switch it off during the night

Here's an advice- change the cutlery area into a bar and put the jhula in first terrace with a white Tea table and artificial grass that way any family member could be able to have their 'me' time or a cup of coffee in the mornings with a newspaper..

Please make another Video about the house tour, including details of lighting, etc. I have build couple of homes and I am thinking of building one more. So the details and less camera shake would help :). I would like a home with large windows on the back side of the house (the lot is on top of a hill so there are going to be good views) will be overlooking open space. I did like the idea of the large balconies, but would like to have some awning on the top (instead of roof) on the balconies and open areas.
