I wish more people made original songs for this show especially for Macaque his character is very interesting and we actually get quite a bit of his point of view of what happened between him and Wukong
I'm actually surprised that there aren't more Lego Monkie Kid original songs. If franchises like Sonic, hazbin, Helluva, MLP, and Yugioh can get at least five new songs a year then SURELY we can do the same thingto MK and the gang!

In 3:15 the lyrics actually say a lot of how Macaque views Wukong, it also shows how Macaque is basically mocking him while saying his pain out loud.
Ahhh this is so good! And Macaque's new voice actor Alejandro Saab literally has a channel where he does covers so if he sang this song that would be just amazing!

Firstly, I just wanna say how this is an amazing song. The melody, the lyrics, it all blends so well together, kinda like paint on a canvas, haha! The singer did really well, too. Great job! I look forward to seeing your future projects.
OK, moving on to the second thing I wanted to write.
Brief summary of Macaque's character:
So, we all know Macaque's motivations and goals tend to change throughout the course of the show. What stays consistent, however, is how he's always "copying" SWK in a sense, trying to one-up or get revenge on him. I think this primary motivation comes from him feeling that SWK abandoned him because Macaque wasn't good enough, he wasn't strong enough, he couldn't keep up with him. So that's why, when he gets his revenge on SWK, he usually copies stuff he does/says/wears to prove that he's just as good as, if not better than SWK. He wants SWK to notice him. Think about it, all of the stuff he does are dark mimics of what SWK has done at one point. In the S3 special, after MK encourages Macaque to be a warrior instead of a hero, Mac realises that he should make his own choices and be himself instead of copying others. He learns to let SWK go, and this lesson, that MK first taught him, comes back in S4, when...
SPOILER WARNING
... Macaque helps MK by giving him advice on how to make his own choices outside of what's normal or demanded of him. How to be his own person.
