Discovery 2, Rear Window Stuck Down

I've got a wee problem - the rear window is stuck down, and it's going to rain...
This is how I get it back up again, something you can do on the side of the road in a pinch. Note - if you can hear your motor trying, then this fix probably won't work - it's likely either your regulator or motor that needs replaced - but this might be helpful anyway...
LH Rear Window Regulator: CVH 101250
RH Rear Window Regulator: CVH101240
LH Front Window Regulator: LR006374
RH Front Window Regulator: LR006373
LH (front or rear) Motor: CUR100450
RH (front or rear) Motor: CUR100440
