@DejectedSlime - Hi. Quick question. Is it possible to free-roam
in this map/level as the other characters such as Von Lycaon?

If you're referring to the city, then I think you're only able to free roam with one of the two main characters you pick at start. The other characters are only controllable when you're acting as their proxy in the Hollow World. Otherwise they have their own lives and sometimes appear in the city for you to talk to and find out what they're doing at a specific point in the story. But I could put in some feedback in one of the questionnaires they send out that'd you'd like to use your favorite characters for real world travel. Essentially, you keep your identity secret and live your daily life as your chosen character by running the Anime Shop and going to store / eating at restaurants for proxy buffs. There is an actual mechanic to suggest videos to customers for "real-world" (In-game world) money as well.
