    Guys don't forget to apply directly on your skin whatever is left in your glass. Especially if you have acne or eczema. It has been helping me even more than just drinking!

      Damn I already had amazing benefits for my back acne from colostrum but never tried to apply it on the skin. How do you apply it?

    Great video I got our colostrum from ARMRA after I watched a video from the Doctor that created a company after colostrum saved literally her life. We are taking iit n powder directly to our mouths and diluting in water when we give it to our special needs son. We can't wait until September when he will have his (routine) endoscopy . We are taking colostrum for about 2 months.

    If it contains all these vitamins, is it still necessary to take additional supplements

    Been taking colostrum every morning for the last 3 months and it definitely gives me PCP level strength and endurance lmao. No supplement or food (maybe other than plain fat) gives me the strength I feel when I continue my colostrum regimen. I initially got it to heal my mucosal lining but these added benefits are such a pleasant bonus. I struggle immensely putting on weight and I'm looking healthier now for sure. I have a ways to go but its noticeable when I don't take colostrum.

    Hello,
    There are many comments on Reddit about ancestral supplements being tested for heavy metals and glyphosate and failing. I was just checking out and decided to read some reviews and now am a little concerned. Can you please address this? It does not seem very likely given the extreme level of care that has been taken to make this a top quality and genuine product.

    • @ancestralwisdomshow
      @ancestralwisdomshow  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      I’d start with the 6 capsules and since colostrum is relatively low in lactose, most individuals tolerate it very well. I’d suggest taking it with food in the morning!

    I can tolerate only A2 milk. Are the cows you get colostrum from producing milk A2?
    I would really appreciate your answer.

    • @ancestralwisdomshow
      @ancestralwisdomshow  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      They are not A2/A2. They are A1/A2. They are slowly working on breeding out A1 cows, so some of the colostrum may have a small percentage of A1 in it.

    I live in Amish and Mennonite farm community, and can't get colostrum from the farmers. That recommendation to the mass public is a oie-in-the-eye, and the majority of the people are not going to get that.
