I just purchased my 8 screen 6 station press. Upgrading from a 4 color 1 station. I’m trying to push this side hustle to a full time business. Thank you for these videos.
This is the best episode I’ve seen yet! I’m amazed more people don’t watch & study these videos. Great lessons from many years ago with great analysis for the future ! Thank you guys great guest. !
Hey I got a question, my local printshop has a bunch of graphic shirts that they sell, but i don't think they sell very many, what do print companies do with all the shirts they printed and don't sell?
This is a scary episode for small shops…the topics discussed just feel so far out of my league. I’m comforting myself with a distilled takeaway from this episode that, “work that takes less time is far more valuable…so go after that work”
Vinyl records and cassette tapes are still storming back and increasing sales year by year. DTF looks terrible. It's great for 10 color Adobe Illustrator artwork, but it can't do the subtleties that screenprinting offers.
The idea that any model, let alone a business and economic model, can predict with 95% accuracy is just nonsense. I stopped listening after that comment.

Hey thanks for the shoutout. We run 10 autos at 2 shifts for 10 hours per shift at this point. So very solid point on point made on our model..
