Hi, I have a question I am a DACA recipient had it since the program came out. I Met my Now, husband in 2015 We have two boys. Married in 2018 and on April 2nd 2022. we submitted my I-130 application. What are my chances since I already have a work permit? Any help is appreciated
I have bank accounts, investments, and personal insurance in the US. I am a US citizen living abroad. I am Petitioning for my wife. We have a child who has US passport and just received her SSN. We are missionaries working for our own non-profit. The non-profit is registered in Iowa. My income is below the level required to file taxes so I did not file taxes in 2021. Do I need to file these taxes in order to prove domicile or will I have sufficient evidence to not worry about filing taxes? I spoke with a lawyer who said I should file my taxes even if not required for domicile purposes.

Hello. Is anyone can help me with an issue. I have tried to submit a domicile address but i do not how to do it. We have sent NVC proof of an ID but they are saying that it isn't. We do not know what to send them. Please help me!!!!

Is having a drivers license with a US address enough to prove domicile?
