The poking one was awkward as heck, but I've seen that same interaction happen a lot, or ones with similar energy. People who lack in social skills often congregate around games, and we saw a bad interaction on both their parts. Yeah, the poking guy was cringey but seemed harmless, but we don't know what other stuff had gone in before that clip. And yeah, the guy on the right seemed really sensitive and aggressive, but we don't know what he was dealing with. Tensions are at a high and social skills are at a low at fighting game events. I'm gonna try to not judge either of them based on an out of context clip, but rather just laugh at that awkwardness.
Tl;Dr: The FGC brings out the best, worst, and weirdest of people. So just sit back and enjoy the ride.
