Take my money now. I purchased the starter kit with the feather plexiglas and have wanted to use it with different colors, NOW I CAN!!!! Very cool. Great idea guys.
I assume you had to use those erasable markers when you put your own colors on the white one? I wonder how hard it would be to clean if you want to change colors?
@@LightPaintingPhotography I had to laugh at your first response (the unedited one). That was my initial thought if you used a regular marker! I'll try the Dry-erase markers just to be safe. Thanks!
I ordered the set! I bought a Soonfire ds30 per your recommendation. Is there a way to have the bright strobe stay constant instead of alternating between fast and hyper speed?
Jason, I have a request. Make a multicolor adapters. Several different colors in one. I am trying to use jells that I have hole punched then place the punched holes in my lite brush but they group together and don't have a good effect. I know that you and your team can come up with a better solution than I.
Hey Phil it is something we are looking at. In the mean time something that we have that works really well is the Screw on Color Filter Blanks. These allow you to create any color you like and/or multiple colors in a single filter using gels or even some markers. They screw right on to all the tools in the Light Painting Brushes line up Check them out here: lightpaintingbrushes.com/collections/light-painting-brushes/products/screw-on-color-filter-diy-blanks
Yes that is definitely an option! We are planning to make a video showing how gels can be used to create all kinds of great colors and effects! They work really well combining the gels and the filters together. I think you find that the screw on filters are an even easier solution for a quick color change and they also open up even more creative possibilities than just using gels alone.
I love the versatility these tools offer.
Thank you! Versatility is one of the main principals of the Light Painting Brushes System, thank you for seeing it!
Wow, you guys are light painting wizards! I can't wait to see what you guys come up with next, and the images of course.
Thanks so much Nick! Appreciate the support!

Thank you! They are so easy to use and fun to create your own custom filters too!
Brilliant! This is a game changer really.
Thank you, we agree! Cant believe how many different ways we have found to use these will the LPB's.
Great stuff you thought and produced...
Thank you.
I've been waiting for this video!!
We have too, lol... took us way too long to get it out :)

I used a regular sharpie, WD40 works pretty good to clean them but it is not the easiest thing to do. The erasable markers might be a better option.

Thank you so much! There is no hack for for a constant strobe on the DS30 that I am aware of.
Hi! I own a set of the color hoods and I was wondering if these filters will work with the portrait light that you sell? Thanks!

Do these filters work with the color filter and hood too?
Yes, they work will all the tools in the Light Painting Brushes line up.

Or simply buy gel filters, a lot cheaper. Big more fiddly, but far more colour options.

@@LightPaintingPhotography what's even easier if using a homemade 7 bit ws2812b in an old torch body with an RF controller.
@@northwales1000 Yep that sounds easier, lol
