I would really recommend the Malamar contrary build as support for this. Skill swap straight away then reflect and trick room to really make Blaziken an easy raid.
Am I tripping? My Blaziken ends up knocking me out before I can charge and will have its shield up and/or remove its own negative effects. I'm doing everything right too. Even with a Intimidate AI on my team
Yeah, honestly this guide is pretty dumb. Dude only got that off because he just had the craziest RNG luck ever: all 3 metal sounds hit back to back, an intimate, and then a pokemon paralyzed it so it was unable to move and/or had its speed decreased… not exactly what I would call optimal
No tripping. Blazikin buffs/shields waaaaay before you're able to make 5 moves. It's just another "easy" bullshit youtube video. I've never had a strategy these guys put up work. They're just lucky with rng and pass it on as an "easy" strategy, that's all.
I set up Reflect to help cut the Attack down Got in 3x metal sound, was forced to Electro Drift because he was about to put up shield. Got the Hp down to 25% Hunkered down with Parabolic Charge until ready to Tera Finish him with Electro Drift Thanks a lot bruhh 👍👍👍👍
I got Blaziken last night right on the first try! I used Miraidon that I got from my niece in a trade months ago! Used Metal Sound 3 times then Charge once & then Electro Drift to end it! Lucky I had one of them in game trainers that had Gardevoir that used Life Dew to replenish my & the other trainers HP during the battle! Plus one of the trainers had a Pokemon that used its Intimidate ability at the beginning of the battle to lower Blaziken's Attack stat! I used an Ultra Ball to catch Blaziken! After that I breed Blaziken & Ditto to get a few eggs to hatch Torchic, one for me, one for my niece & one for my nephew!
I found that 3 metal sound, then electro drift was much more reliable. Does OHKO but you can clean up the last bit with a tera electro shock. Having 1 intimidate npc is needed though.
Yea for those saying this didn’t work for yall maybe yall should try making sure u have EVERYTHING the video ask for and not just the moves with life orb I mean it’s a seven star raid so the max iv and modest nature matter also hyper train it to and you should be able to easily take more than 4 eq and same with low kicks if your miradon is getting one shot that means your miradon simply doesn’t have the iv and nature the video tells u to have ( also for those saying it’s shield goes up before u can fully set up that’s no excuse as u can still one shot it or nearly one shot it even with its shield up the only thing that stops this is if blaziken nullifies the stat changes done to her which rarely happens or only really happens once u got her around half)
Took me 6 Tries but finally was able to do it DK's way. It went down the same way in my case Blaziken was fully Paralyzed twice and was able to get the one shot. On the other tries what would happen is it would always shield up on either turn 4 or 5, i even had it shield up on turn 3. What i also noticed was if I died it would shield up immediately.
@@1darkknightif there’s another Miradon on the team it screws this up cause miradon does about 10%-15% damage on blazeken at the start so if we are using metal sound it lowers the special defense letting the other miradon attack it during then and getting its shield up right away. Think it works that way with any high special attacker on the team. Reason it worked so well for you is cause none of your teammates were doing much damage so when you finished cycling through miradon was still above 80%. Think now that people see many choosing miradon they do the same and because they don’t know we are going for the one shot, they f it up by attacking when they shouldn’t
My raid was all over the map i only won with Arcanine, Arbolivia, and umbreon. Metal sound, parabolic charge with shell bell. Arbolivia grassy terrain weakens earthquake and umbreon paralyzes. Spam parabolic charge, to wittle him down, tera spam more Electro drift if low on time
This represents the first time this gen that a guide has wasted my time. You can roll the dice and try for this extremely rare win, but otherwise try something more reliable. Best of luck, everyone.
I'd advise a few changes that worked for me: It's not 1 shot but works Dragon tera Shell bell Metal sound until low health (shields gonna go up anyway) parabolic charge to restore health Charge and parabolic charge as needed to stay alive past shield. Tera when you can. After shield breaks, use 3 metal sounds, 1 charge, 1 electrodrift. Catch mon
My third metal sound missed so I said screw it and went with charge on my 4th turn and hit it with the drift on 5th and one shot it. Thanks for the tips.
I tried this a couple of times with online people but they don’t know setup so we kept losing. Tried it once on my own with ai allies, beat it first try with two metal sounds to start with and went charge cause I was gonna die soon and after that used electro drift and beat it first try
Basically failed to land 3rd metal sound like 10 times so I modified the strategy a bit. Charge-MS-MS-Electro Drift. If you can get it all in before the shield comes up, its still a 1 shot KO.
Jeez, easiest 7 star raid I've ever done. Didn't even have maxed defense, I was using a similar build from a different raid that had maxed HP instead of physical Defense...just needed to change two of the moves out and boom. I got lucky with a Staraptor and a Gardevoir on my team, Staraptor came in with Intimidate to lower attack, and Gardevoir hit me with a Life Dew, I only got two Metal Sounds to land, hit the Charge and then landed Electro Drift....KO thanks to the damage that my team did thanks to the third member being Garganacl...as long as you don't get Arboliva you really can't lose this one even if you only land two of the three Metal Sounds if your team gets JUST enough damage to not trigger the shield to go up.
Beat it with my Gothetelle and 3 Electric types, use Taunt first, cause he puts barrier up fast, then Trick Room, has Speed Boost, second or third turn he'll use Sword Dance and you will die quickly once his barrier is up, then Reflect, Electric Types beware of Earthquake and Low Kick, if you have 3 offensive team mates and can get Taunt 1st turn, you should be alright
Metronome and Parabolic Charge. First attempt beat it.. tried like 20 times with this Metal Sound strat and xouldnt ever get the charge done and attack

I just realize I wasn’t following him so I subscribed got decimated about 13 to 15 times I had to unsubscribe😢 Edit: Never mind I ended up trying it one more time after making the initial comment and Got that crow Pokémon Torus and Umbreon and torus was able to get intimidate up and somebody paralyzed blazeiken and I got the three irons off charge and then E.drift for the GGs easy clap!! ILL NEVER DOUBT THIS MAN AGAIN DEFINITELY FOLLOWING snd will never take it back
i appreciate the video but it's too unreliable to be worth trying. I'm glad you ended up with the good luck to get it to work but after almost two hours I gave up on this strategy. Shout out to game freak when my game crashed two hours in when I seemed to be on a winning match. good job team
after the crash, i got lucky with a dudunsparce using glare which caused blaziken to be unable to attack thrice. I'm glad it worked in the end but i would advise people to try a strategy that's less dependent on RNG. I hear that bellibolt is more reliable

I had a Glare Dudunsparce as one of my NPCs, and Blaziken got fully para'd twice. I got Blaziken on my first try, took less than 2 min. Thank you for the build!
biggest load of bollocks this is. you need to hit all your moves first try while not getting hit with earthquake everytime and and you need to have the right partners. aint worth your time just dont use this build at all it doesnt work
Quick Update tip guys if you are still struggling with this method no matter what even if u have everything exactly the same like the iv and everything give miradon a weakness policy instead and then use charge turn one metal sound turn 2 and electro drift turn 3( if the first two turns blaziken decides to be really weird and does 2 low kicks then u might have to reset due to the next time ur about to attack u will have to stall another turn for the eq and then after that she will reset stat changes on your side so yea but she doesn’t do it to often and also if you get a Olivia on your team then reset as she takes your electro field away causing u to do less damge
Honestly I don't think it mattered... and I'm surprised at landing 3 metal sounds... but I'm pretty sure the crit I got on electro drift didn't matter XD Thanks for the guide! That was disgustingly quick and painless
This strat is not consistent enough to warrant using, relies too much on certain AI teammates, namely the intimidate ones like Staraptor (who is actually perfect for this) and/or Drifblim who can Will o' Wisp (this guy paired with Staraptor was the only way I was able to comfortably solo Blaziken) and even then its not guaranteed to get you the one shot. Doesn't matter how lucky you were in using it, the reasoning for posting this video is just to showcase that it is possible, it is not a consistent way to beat it. For those reading, use Bellibolt, it's much more consistent and will net you more wins in the end.
Took me 5 tries to get with this build, and had to do moves in a way different order. I know there’s lots of variables, but I just wish TH-camrs wouldn’t claim it’s a guaranteed thing to be able to do this when it clearly isn’t. The odds of getting all those moves in succession seem quite low.
I have x accuracy instead of life orb because the 3rd metal sound never works, and i fail EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! Why isnt it working? But in the end, i finished him. Yay🎉🎉🎉
Guys this only works with perfect RNG on those Metal Sounds. A safer, easier solo build is this: max EV/IV in SA and Defense, metronome held item, and use reflect turn one, and spam parabolic charge til you can terastalize and then continue spamming PC til he’s dead (other two moves don’t matter make them whatever you want). If you want extra defense you can use a defense cheer on turn two. Easy peasy, you’re welcome.
same build i mentioned in my other miraidon video as well! yeah, you for sure need some good rng with this one and the right ai, but once you do, its so fast! XD
gods i did metal sound during the otter raid and i got 3 in a row of the 15% chance to MISS out of its 85% hitrate, i dunno if im gonna have this kind of luck
I used an Iron Hands build and did just fine. Intimidate Pokémon help a lot when trying to set up but can be done without might have to change Thunder with something to counter his attack boost though. Iron Hands Lvl 100 Max Evs: 252 attack 252 Defense Moves: Thunder Punch Iron Defense Swords Dance Thunder Hold Item: Booster Energy Tera Type: Electric Let me know if you want the strat I used down below!
Based on the calcs, seems like you can hold a wide lens or zoom lens (if Quiet nature) to increase accuracy of Metal Sound 252+ SpA Hadron Engine Miraidon Electro Drift (266.650390625 BP) vs. -6 0 HP / 0 SpD Tera Flying Blaziken in Electric Terrain: 9126-10736 (101 - 118.8% of 30x hp boss) : guaranteed OHKO

He just got really lucky. Thats all. I keep getting the same NPCs that have Horaxus, Garnacl and Heracross. I never get to land a hit on him, because he keeps avoiding them AND keeps one-shot my Miraidon. I have the exact same build and I have tried it 12 times, and it doesn’t work.

i mean, it obviously works lol you just have to make sure you're patient and that you get the right ai with it
This method does work, however it relies pretty heavy on RNG of AI teammates. Took me a handful of tries but i eventually got him OHKOed.
How come metal sound fails when I do it more than once?
it has a 15% fails rate. shouldnt faill that often, but theres always a chance.
I think I'll test Levitate Gastro Acid Timid Eelektross so Blaziken know how weakness-free targets are such a hassle to deal with.

@@1darkknight it sadly flopped, so I resorted to Bellibolt with Reflect + Intimidate NPCs to keep it in check and win for the 1st time.

The problem is it attacks first every turn and that's annoying.

I found using a couple of metal sounds and using parabolic charge way more successfully.. then trying to pull your hair with a ko..
It worked, though after 4 try since I do not wants to retrain the speed ev to def and I'm lucky he got paralyzed and my metal sound rid not miss

This strategy requires a lot of luck , and a lot of attempts. I can't get it to work for me , but I'm not saying it doesn't work at all.

biggest load of bollocks this is. you need to hit all your moves first try while not getting hit with earthquake everytime and and you need to have the right partners. aint worth your time just dont use this build at all it doesnt work

Quick Update tip guys if you are still struggling with this method no matter what even if u have everything exactly the same like the iv and everything give miradon a weakness policy instead and then use charge turn one metal sound turn 2 and electro drift turn 3( if the first two turns blaziken decides to be really weird and does 2 low kicks then u might have to reset due to the next time ur about to attack u will have to stall another turn for the eq and then after that she will reset stat changes on your side so yea but she doesn’t do it to often and also if you get a Olivia on your team then reset as she takes your electro field away causing u to do less damge
Honestly I don't think it mattered... and I'm surprised at landing 3 metal sounds... but I'm pretty sure the crit I got on electro drift didn't matter XD

This strat is not consistent enough to warrant using, relies too much on certain AI teammates, namely the intimidate ones like Staraptor (who is actually perfect for this) and/or Drifblim who can Will o' Wisp (this guy paired with Staraptor was the only way I was able to comfortably solo Blaziken) and even then its not guaranteed to get you the one shot.
Doesn't matter how lucky you were in using it, the reasoning for posting this video is just to showcase that it is possible, it is not a consistent way to beat it. For those reading, use Bellibolt, it's much more consistent and will net you more wins in the end.
Took me 5 tries to get with this build, and had to do moves in a way different order. I know there’s lots of variables, but I just wish TH-camrs wouldn’t claim it’s a guaranteed thing to be able to do this when it clearly isn’t. The odds of getting all those moves in succession seem quite low.
I have x accuracy instead of life orb because the 3rd metal sound never works, and i fail EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! Why isnt it working? But in the end, i finished him. Yay🎉🎉🎉

Guys this only works with perfect RNG on those Metal Sounds. A safer, easier solo build is this: max EV/IV in SA and Defense, metronome held item, and use reflect turn one, and spam parabolic charge til you can terastalize and then continue spamming PC til he’s dead (other two moves don’t matter make them whatever you want). If you want extra defense you can use a defense cheer on turn two. Easy peasy, you’re welcome.
same build i mentioned in my other miraidon video as well! yeah, you for sure need some good rng with this one and the right ai, but once you do, its so fast! XD

Idk yours isn't working for me either. He just starts buffing himself and busting out Earthquakes
@@cvdubya5774 Same. Swords Dance + Speed Boost + Earthquake really made this strategy unreliable for me.
For this to work you need the same conditions he has or else you’ll get KOd (need a teammate with intimidate)
not exactly the same conditions, but yeah, you do need good ai on this one and some patience
gods i did metal sound during the otter raid and i got 3 in a row of the 15% chance to MISS out of its 85% hitrate, i dunno if im gonna have this kind of luck
I used an Iron Hands build and did just fine. Intimidate Pokémon help a lot when trying to set up but can be done without might have to change Thunder with something to counter his attack boost though.

He just got really lucky. Thats all. I keep getting the same NPCs that have Horaxus, Garnacl and Heracross. I never get to land a hit on him, because he keeps avoiding them AND keeps one-shot my Miraidon. I have the exact same build and I have tried it 12 times, and it doesn’t work.
