Watching your videos, then reading the comments, I get astounded!!! There are not very many folks who will answer the posts made by their viewers, who coincidentaly are the ones making money for them...thank you. Additionally, I refuse to watch the guys who cannot / will not talk in their videos. Makes smoke come outta my collar. Also, I intend to get a engraver, and do plan to get the XTool D1 Pro 20...thus I am watching what you do to learn what I will need to do...
Nice work, but a question has been bothering me. When you did the side by side test, if both were set to the same speed. How can the Comgrow be faster, it's like a car 55 is 55. So is there a different gear ratio?
It is in the board. The travel speed from location to location. Both are running stock settings on the controller. The controller dictates the travel speed.
With ur fixture I’m surprised u haven’t tried powders paint fill then reburn the piece at a much lower power setting. It melts the powdered paint into the burnt area. Looks very professional. (Not that ur work isn’t top notch)

Thanks. I try to reply. My content is based on popular questions. I like working with the viewers. It’s a good machine in my opinion. Thanks again
That is beautiful , any wife would love that in her kitchen. Super cool idea.
Thank you so much 😊
Another great video. Is anyone getting a deja vu vibe from The Matrix with the tabby walking by multiple times?
She is getting in her steps...
Awesome stuff, and many ideas. Thanks for all the great videos. Merry Christmas and be blessed.
Thanks, same to you
Don’t be so thin skinned about people that will criticize your work until you get to look in their scrap pile. Your doing just fine.
I never had anyone refer to me as thin skinned. That may be a first… cocky, arrogant, stubborn, never thin skinned….lol… thanks though
Did you use band saw on cutting board to trim all way around. No burn marks.
No, sanded after the cut. Just trimmed to one edge.
I have pictures of your design enclosure, but with my added touch if you have a place I can post them
You can tag my page on FB or Instagram
Where did you find the file for the board itself? The cutting board I mean... Thankx Never cut any pine yet.
I made them using the trace function in lightburn.
@@TheClackShack Sure, I got the trace but where did you find the image :) I tried to make some freehand but my band saw skilz suck.

@@TheClackShack is it not possible to adjust the travel speed in the xtool D1 pro?
@@tommystiles886 , I have never tried. I would think it would be possible but would involve changing settings in the controller.
@@TheClackShack Thank you
@@TheClackShack I wonder if the move speed under the move tab would have any effect

Never had a request for that. It sounds a little messy though
Where can we find some information on the process you just mentioned?
Does anyone remember when principals would use a paddle like that to give the bad kids a swat that would’ve been perfect gift for a principal. 😂😂
I have seen several….
