When a video game is just more than a game. A game has to deliver a message, you have to identify with the protagonist and takes you on an emotional story based trip.This, Horizon Zero Dawn and Death Stranding made this possible for me. Lovely soundtrack
I do not play much videogames and I love cars, so I'm more in to racing games...But I have so many memories of this game, it felt like a real adventure, it felt like nothing else and still know I can't get the same feeling with a film or a videogame. It's hard to explain why, it's not just about the graphic and other stuff like that it's about the fact that this game really touched my heart in a way so deep that I would't have never imagined. Listening to this again made me realize how much I loved far cry 3 and how sad I am that I can never experience it again for the first time but how exiting it was to do everything for the first time. This song is perfect for the ending as it is perfectly portrayed how sad most people were when the game ended and you could no longer have the rush of a first time play through . Thank you sir. For allowing me to relive this amazing time of my life again and I hope you get a similar fate to mine.

It's a cycle. Citra had a baby with Jayson, and after that she killed Jason so he won't be a king, their child would become a new king( like Vaas or Hoyt) and that's where a cycle spins. When you choose good ending you break the cycle.

God this game had one hell of a story the fact Jason came to terms of what he did but in the end there was no Heroes of this story ,Jason had to dive into a path of violence to save the ones he loved lost a part of his humanity but still managed to survive...his story came to a beautiful but dark end

I strive to beat the game again just for this song and those words before the credits role. Ive beat the game around 15 times 4 on the hardest difficulty once on the easiest 8 are so on normal and a couple times with the new game plus mod this tune never gets old its perfect if you haven’t played this masterpiece go do it now i have over 200 hours on this game and i don’t regret any second of playing this game
Played it 3 times "only", but yeah definitely agree. It's a great game. Haven't been able to get the same kick from the other far cries, dont know why, the story, the characters, the atmosphere, it just doesn't hit as hard as this one. It s a true masterpiece. After I first played through this game, AFTER playing 4, primal, 5 and new dawn, I decided it was my second favourite. This is the list I go with as well, as much as 3rd was the most impactful on a global scale, the complexity of FC4 and its characters are really enjoyable, and you are always in the feet of Ajay as opposed to in 3 where you put yourself in the other characters shoes more.

I finished this game around early January this year and all I have to say is…..wow. This game was an experience, just seeing Jason go from a normal typical LA bro dude to this psychopathic killer is just good character development. And man you can’t talk about Far Cry 3 without mentioning Vaas. Vaas is the heart and soul of Far Cry 3 and he’s only in it for about 15 minutes of the game If you’re a newcomer to the series then I 100% recommend this to anyone.

After I first played through this game, AFTER playing 4, primal, 5 and new dawn, I decided it was my second favourite. But aside from that, I described this song as “hopeful but depressing”
For anyone wondering since I said it’s my second favourite, it goes in this order, and I know it’ll be completely disagreed with.

2. 3
3. Primal (very very close 3rd)
4. New dawn
5. 5
This is the list I go with as well, as much as 3rd was the most impactful on a global scale, the complexity of FC4 and its characters are really enjoyable, and you are always in the feet of Ajay as opposed to in 3 where you put yourself in the other characters shoes more.
The only Far Cry with a story that made sense

As if it was yesterday when I finished that game, when I finally finished it after like 10 tries as an 8-year-old boy, and the song almost touched me, for me one of the best games I've ever played. Good old memories. that game left something in me, thank you a lot of this game every minute was the best.Just by the way I remember the first time a crocodile attacked me and I got scared and shouted at the whole barrack :D And remember the definition of insanity is doing something the same way over and over and expecting something to change

I finished this game around early January this year and all I have to say is…..wow. This game was an experience, just seeing Jason go from a normal typical LA bro dude to this psychopathic killer is just good character development. And man you can’t talk about Far Cry 3 without mentioning Vaas. Vaas is the heart and soul of Far Cry 3 and he’s only in it for about 15 minutes of the game
If you’re a newcomer to the series then I 100% recommend this to anyone.
