"Hi Mom, I'm home. Also, Grant is dead, I killed so many people I stopped counting, Riley holds his shoulder and cries every time he sees me, Lisa won't let me get near any sharp item, Keith has PTSD each time he goes to the bathroom, I now have a friend in the CIA, and I may or may not have an international slave cartel putting a bounty on my head after I killed one of them with my bare hands. Or a knife. I don't remember. Worst holiday ever. Next time I'll visit Paris instead."
Remember the definition of insanity? Throughout the game, you kept killing and killing, expecting to make it out of the island. All it was doing was just dragging Jason deeper into the jungle. Much like the Chinese Invaders, the Japanese Imperialists, the pirates, the mercs, Vaas and Hoyt, they all wanted to stay on the island, "it calls to the strongest." Jason was stronger than any of them. Not only did he conquer the island, he escaped the fate of the other "warriors" before him. Instead of killing, he spared a life. He broke the cycle, he's not insane like them. He did something different, and it gave him a different result. He lived. If you'd joined Citra, of course you would have died, just like those "warriors" before you. You did not learn from the history of the island. You did the same thing, expecting a different result. Now that is crazy.
+EatitHarvey makes sense. but I only joined citra cause saving friends was kinda predictable and I didnt thought he would cut the girls throat, but he did xd
Daisy: *Thanks for cutting me down Jason. Can I use that knife to cut down everyone el-* Jason: [tosses knife on the ground] Daisy: *Okaay, I guess I’ll just untie them...*
Imagine being Jason and coming home. Everyone who knows him would still treat him like the irresponsible party boy he was before the island. Even though he is a totally different person who can kill everyone in the room without breaking a sweat. Is that what its like to come home from war? That would suck.
@@teenforever16.idontwanttob53 Life without risk is considered a normal life. Now THAT's insanity. Jason and his loved ones didn't want this to happen, they never even expected it.
@@teenforever16.idontwanttob53 He's not a monster. He broke the cycle of violence for himself and now he can heal. It's a bittersweet ending, but he's at least free from the craziness of that island.
This is by far the BEST Farcry story. I would love for them to turn this into a serious movie with the same soundtrack, where Michael Mando plays Vass.
"I've killed so many people I've lost count. I can't come back from this. I'm a monster. I can FEEL the anger inside me. But I am still, somewhere inside me, more than that. Better than that." That ending quote is just amazing. It left me at awe after playing my first time.
@@wwetitle818 Ha, me too! I was like, Citra, girl, you ought to at least keep him around for a couple more weeks to make sure... Think how cool that would have been, actually. Like a scene where Jason comes in from doing something with the Rakyat and they all call him "Chief" or something, and Citra tells him she's pregnant and he gets all excited, and then cut to the sex and the knife...how much more of a shock that would have been!
TEH EPIC DUCK im not saying fc4 is trash, as I put over 36 hours into it, the story was good but I just prefer fc3 however the mechanic for fc4 way way wayyyyy better than fc3
This ending taught us that the real villain here wasn't Hoyt, and definitely it wasn't Vaas, the real villain here is and always was Citra. She manipulated Jason to do what she and her men could never do: take control of Rook Island
Thats.. not quite right. Obviously, his goal never was to take controll of the island, rather saving his friends, which then turned into an act of revenge to kill both Vaas and Hoyt for what they've done and what they're still doing. He started taking more and more pleasure in it, which Citra just kept encouraging. She never actually wanted to help him in his task, she wanted a Warrior to fuck so she could have her baby. But after all, Hoyt and Vaas are the reason why all of that happened. So I think they remain the main villains. Jason really never had honest friends on the island (except maybe Sam and Willis), just people that shared the goal of destroying the empire that Hoyt has created.
The main villain is humanity itself - that's the message of Far Cry games. Everyone has their inner demons and they all must come to face them. Some remain the same, but stronger and more resilient (Carver, Jason, Ajay), while other's are a far cry of what it means to be human (Dr. Kreiger, Mercs+Jackal, Vaas, Citra, Hoyt, Paagan).
Well, yes, and no. It's bloody complicated. No, because unlike Vaas and Hoyt, Citra is not openly trying to abuse Rook Island or its inhabitants for her own personal gain. She simply has not gone _that_ far, otherwise she and the Rakyat would be virtually no different than Vaas and his Pirates or Hoyt and his 'soldierboy' Privateers. Actually on some level they'd be worse because they'd then be wearing this mask of heroics whilst being more of the same. Yes, because while she and the Path of the Warrior are helping Jason mature from the immature party frat boy persona he once had, once Vaas was out of the picture Citra had begun to steer into her own selfish desires, not unlike her brother. Whereas Liza and Jason's actual friends begin to show genuine worry and concern for his actions and behavior, Citra merely plays on those delusions of grandeur - hence, why every fight with a main protagonist (Vaas, Buck, Hoyt) happens in Jason's overexaggerated fantasies. In having him take illegal substances and triggering those 'groovy' dreams, Citra is not helping matters, which is why Jason starts to take pleasure in every kill he carries out. And even this explanation for the 'yes, Citra is a villain' angle is sketchy because Jason and the Rakyat almost were in true alliance with helping him save his friends... up until they ransacked them in the final mission.
LunarD3A7H You mean Dr. Earnhardt. Dr. Krieger is from Far Cry 1/Primal/Instinct whatever the fuck you want to call it now. He created an entire army of mutated super soldiers (not like Captain America, like half man/half animal mutants) to try and take over the world and owned a private research firm.
@@Gojilynx Lol, or if they drive over a mine you planted intending to kill pirates, or if you can try to save one of them from an attacking tiger and they turn on you even if you didn't hit one of them with a bullet, or if one of them literally jumps in front of your moving vehicle and suddenly you're a traitor...
@@InstantVegetablethe fanbase is in a civil war about that. We only had proof he serve in the beret, but never proof he fought in a war. Then again same goes for Dani, but we have proof Dani trained.
@diegomayz8503 I never really thought about that. Jason was the only protagonist without combat training. Ajay, The Deputy, and Dani all had some training, yet we have Jason, a frat party boy, become an experienced killer throughout the story.
I couldn't even bring myself to do the other ending, even if only a video game. Killing your friends just to become king of the jungle just seems wrong to me. So in the end I just gave Citra the middle finger and saved my friends since its what you set out to do in the first place.
No but I have heard what happens. You kill your friends, have sex with Citra and then get stabbed to death. If that's my 'reward' for becoming their mighty warrior then screw Citra for all I care.
To me, this choice is a no-brainer. This is always going to remain the only reasonable outcome. After all, Jason only took this whole quest upon him in order to save his friends, so it seems like the only rational thing to do here.
Well he also needed to escape the island, so it wasn't the ONLY reason, but it was a huge deal to him. I don't even know why they bothered with the second ending. It's not even worth being in the game, honestly. They could have put the time they put into that cutscene into making this one a little longer. Better.
It was to drive forward the point of Jason's huge changes over the course of the games - even if you choose to save your friends, Jason is so damaged by the constant need to survive and the eventual bloodlust that he genuinely considered slaughtering his friends and family to sate that rage, and stay on the island that forced him to become this monster. His monologue at the end talks about it to an extent.
He slowly got jungle fever throughout the game. Yeah as a bystander the save friends option makes more sense, but from a story perspective, the join citra ending makes more sense. Jason didn't care about his friends anymore towards the end. He was leaving them anyways, he had a really bad case of bloodlust and the island was the perfect way to quench it. The only reason I can see the save friends ending being cannon is because his brother ended up being alive.
I actually really enjoyed seeing Jason’s character journey. He began as an arrogant, contemptible jock, but ended as a wounded, changed warrior. I enjoyed it much more than Far Cry 4, which had a story that failed to engage me.
Completely agree! The point of FC3 was how Jason grew and changed, and how the story affected him. There was a vocal group who complained about Jason "talking too much" and whining that he wasn't a hardened warrior in the beginning of the game (so therefore his being able to stay alive was "unrealistic," according to them) but that was why and how the story worked; it showed how such events in real life would completely change and destroy you. I loved Jason. I enjoyed his little comments and asides. He felt like a real person in a real situation--and I felt like I was right there with him. With Ajay they (stupidly, IMO) took those complaints to heart, and gave us a mostly silent character who was already a military man. Ajay is barely a character in the beginning, and doesn't really grow or change much; it feels/seems like the events in Kyrat barely touch him. We never really get to know him; we don't identify with him because we don't get a sense of who he is as a person. (There are a couple of moments where I felt something for him, especially when he says, "Who else pulls the trigger around here?" in such a weary tone, and we really feel how tired of it all he is, how sad, but they are few and far between, whereas with Jason there are many moments like that. Jason grows up, as Liza says. Ajay...doesn't. We don't really know what he came from and we don't know where he's going afterward. Even when he learns the truth about his mother and father, Pagan and Lakshmana, the whole story) it seems to barely affect him, and that should be a HUGE character moment. There are so many missed opportunities in 4 where they really could have deepened Ajay's character and made him a real person, but they did't, and that sucks. The idea of this man going back to his homeland/the land of his birth after his mother's death, and getting involved in this war, could have been SO deep and meaningful. Don’t even get me started on their decision to give us a totally mute nothing for a MC in FC5. I hated that game, and that was one of the reasons why. Far Cry, to me, is supposed to be as much about the MC as about the game/gameplay. The title itself says it all: Far Cry. A far cry from home/normality, far from anything you have done or been before, a lone voice in the wilderness crying out for help or support or a cry from the depths of the soul as you lose your humanity by killing, killing, killing. That's what set Far Cry apart for me, is the message of the story. By giving us a silent cypher for an MC, and getting rid of a linear story at all, FC5 became just a series of events that mean nothing; it became just a generic FPS with a little trippy stuff, some seriously depressing stuff, and a set-up that is literally impossible/ridiculous.
@@dqverify6797 People who hate Jason are the typical avarage gamers that are used with seeing souless blood thirsty characters like Master Chief,Doomguy,Gordon Freeman,Duke Nukem, every GTA protagoniat(except Niko) and every Mortal Kombat character. As for Ajay,i believe Ubisoft tried to applease the fanbase by giving them a bloodthirsty protagonist since some of them complained about Jason as you said.
Story wise Far Cry 3 is better but overall gameplay Far Cry 4 is better. I prefer gameplay than the story when playing so yeah I enjoyed FC4 more than FC3.
Well aj had absolutely no character development at all we do get his backstory which is interesting as his father killed his half sister and maybe if we got that earlier aj would have realised he was helping the wrong side but it’s already too late as they’ve taken over kyrat maybe that could have worked but eh Ubisoft are too lazy anyway far cry 4 is just far cry 3 but with a Himalayan theme and your main protagonist is dull as fuck
Honestly this was always the obvious choice for me. I/Jason no matter what always had the goal of saving his friends and brother. Except for when he thought Riley was dead then it was revenge which is understandable. But then he found out about Riley and made sure he rescued him. So in the end he never lost sight of his goal/reason sure he began taking pleasure in killing but he never killed for killing's sake.
That is what I appreciated about Jason's journey. That there were so many outside forces that called for him to find his primal rage to save his friends. While I played the game, I felt like I never lost sight of that goal. Vaas wanted someone to accomplish something he couldn't, Hoyt's Empire needed to at least be crippled and Citra wanted a cold killer at the end of it. When I reached the end of the game, I felt like this ending had some significant payoff for the journey itself.
It was obvious for me either when he broke up with his friends and his girlfriend i couldnt continued the game from the anger for like 3 hours. We were there to save them that was the main reason off the game thrown away after the %70 of the game have been completed. Not to mention Liza had a great ass
Honestly, by this point in his story, after having literally killed hundreds of men, I don't see Jason just staying home and living any semblance of his old life without endless hours of therapy. I could definitely see him signing up for the military or selling off his island skills as a mercenary.
Maybe with all his friends support and being away from the island (toxic enviorment). With time he can move on and forgive himself and lead a normal life somewhat
Holy shit this ending. Whenever I hear Dennis start crying over accidentally stabbing Citra I tear up, then after that the quote from Jason just sends me over. Truly a amazing ending to a even more amazing game.
Actually Citra drugged Jason then had sex with him. It's not Jason's fault why he had an affair with her. It's Citra's fault, it all revolves on Citra's goal, selfishness and craziness that's why I feel bad for Liza. I like Liza's personality and of course it is Jason's girlfriend that's why he should choose her to save than Citra.
Gota give props to the facial animators that worked on Lisa. I was 100% on board with the path of the warrior and with Citra. I even knew she was planning on making me sacrificing my friends. But god dammit as soon as I saw that look in Lisa I snapped out of it and was like yup TIME TO GO HOME. The facial animation was stellar here
Why couldn't you just be like.... "Hey Citra I killed Vaas." "Hey Citra I killed Hoyt." "Hey Citra i'm killing you now." "M'kay, these islands are mine now, I'm staying."
+blazzered2 it sould be Hey Citra I got The Blade "Hey Citra I killed Vaas." "Hey Citra I killed Hoyt." "Hey Citra i'm killing you now." "M'kay, these islands are mine now, I'm staying."
I think FC3 was the best in this series. Very Emotional . Vass was one fo the reason i was so interested in game. This acting is genius, the best in games i ever saw.
Agreed. ~FC3 was the best, very emotional and story was very deep also yes, Vaas was the main reason to buy this game ~FC4 has great graphics and also has epic missions ~these two games are awesome / but i loved 3rd series :)) / ~and i want Vaas' backstory in next series of Far Cry' XD
Imagine the PTSD Jason have after the rook island. I mean he killed like 100+ people , got shot enormous of times , killed Vaas and Hoyt. Tortured his brother Riley and got his other brother killed. He is not anymore the boy he was at the beginning.
Yeah, I imagine he's gonna have a hard time finding a job when he returned to California. I mean, it's like "Do you have experience in any particular field?" And Jason is like "Well, I was once trapped on an island in the middle of nowhere, I killed a few hundreds pirates, hunted down a lot of endangered animals, stabbed 2 drug kingpins to the death, then continued to caused several deaths, including a goddess of the natives before I finally leaved the island".
I think the best option for him would be to join the military. The guy's gonna win wars solo. Everyone would sweat their balls off to get him into their squad xD
I believe this is the best ending. Jason was a lost and hopeless man in the beginning of the game. Dennis clearly took advantage of this. He could've had a pure intention and save Jason out of kindness. But no, he tattooed Jason. What other intention of that if not to get Jason involved into the Island's business? With the tattoo, Dennis gave Jason an illusion that he is a family member of the Rakyat, making him believe that he belongs somewhere. In the end, after all those things he'd done for the Rakyat, Dennis and Citra was ready to make him turn against his friends and kill him either way. That's a crystal clear sign that Jason was just another disposable warrior, and will just be replaced. The "suicide" ending was too near sighted and plain old feckin stupid.
The reason I chose Save your Friends because I spend the whole game trying to save friends. What's the point of saving friends if Jason is just gonna kill them without hesitation
I don't understand people saying that they didn't like this ending. I felt very emotional, especially with Citra's sacrifice to save Jason (somehow reedeming herself) and the last image before the credits, with the boat leaving Rook Island in the sunset, a beautiful yet terrible place that Jason will never forget.
Mikey-Lewis Bear Why? The war here was kind of clean and you never even had to kill any civilians, neither did you see any children harmed. On top of that you were kind of high the entire time, so maybe you won't even remember much. Real world soldiers have come back from far worse without going crazy.
I chose this ending based on 1 factor. Jason is and now will forever be...a warrior. A warrior never stops fighting, neither his enemies nor his demons. To give up the fight for his humanity and sacrificing his friends would be the ultimate surrender to his inner demons. And no true warrior ever submits, no matter the temptations. That's what Citra and the Rakyat never understood, they weren't warriors...they were just animals.
Yeah, both FC4 endings (choose Sabal or choose Amita) suck. Even if FC3's endings can be called a clear black and white choice between good and evil, at least one of them is satisfying.
"I've killed so many people i've lost count. I can't come back from this, im a monster. I can feed the anger inside me. But i am still somewere inside me, more than that. Better than that." -The words that made me cry
Rohan Das Honestly, you survived the vacation from Hell, learned how to be a badass and didn't sacrifice the rest of your humanity in the end for a crazy piece of ass. I say, what's not to appreciate?
All I can gather from the game is this "How far would you go to save the people you love? And how much are willing to lose to get that? How much of yourself? Your sanity your humanity? And in the end will you like or except who you've become?"
This ending is in its own way a reward- a reward for breaking the cycle of the island. Vaas's speech about insanity wasn't just some cool interjection monolouge, its the heart of Far Cry 3. The insanity, the jungle, the cycle of violence that consumes you more and more until Jason is a psychopathic mass murderer, not even blinking as he takes the lives of dozens of people. The cycle of the islands madness just perpetuates violence into more and more violence- the only way to survive the cycle without dying is to escape it. To break it entirely. To let go of the dreamland where you are the apex predators, come back to sanity, free your friends and ride off into the sunset. And I love how bittersweet this ending is. Jason isn't suddenly going to get better. His friends aren't going to forget what he did. His life is never going to be the same. Yes, everyones safe, but If there were ever a follow up story to this, it would probably touch on how Jason just... can't reintigrate into regular society. Not after what he has done. How can you, I mean we, as Jason, killed more people on that island than entire squads of soldiers kill in an entire war. Far Cry 3 was one of the first shooters to really bring it down to earth and play off the idea you are murdering untold amounts of people- and how that psychologically effects your character. Absolutley brilliant writing.
@@vincenzo3574 Some of us still play the game, and still occasionally look at videos like this/join discussions, though! And yep, they still haven't outdone those missions you mentioned, or the awesome underground temples and stuff as you look for the knife for Buck.
So, on the one hand, you have your girlfriend, your brother and all your close friends. On the other, you have some crazy, exotic beauty and an island that has caused you nothing but pain and suffering. OH BOY WHAT DO I CHOOSE Seriously, the other ending makes no sense.
Well it's the cycle of insanity, if Jason stays he simply continues this cycle vs him leaving probably being the true ending because it's him breaking the cycle
God sake Vaas was being sarcastic he said my sister will make a "warrior" out of you. He said it sarcastically he even shows that he was being sarcastic with his finger movements
+Javier Landaverde Vaas also in another clip gave more hints that his sister is evil when he was talking when he was blindsided by her. And funny thing jason was blindsided by citra too on the bad ending. She tricked him into killing him.
“Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you.” -Friedrich Nietzsche
I choose this ending without hesitation for one reason. The whole point of the game was to find your friends and brother and get revenge on the people who captured them. So killing them is literally counteracting all the progress you've made. And I found out later Citra betrays you after you fuck her.
Im glad i picked this one since well I kinda wanted to get off the island and maybe live a normalish life that and killing my friends (even though they are kinda annoying) is way to far for me. I mean the whole objective to the game is to save your friends.... ... Poor Dennis, I liked him and I feel bad for him he was outcasted his whole life then he finally is accepted into a group turns out they are nuts and he accidently kills the leader and is back to probably being an outcast
Avenexful She loved what Jason became and wanted his seed to "create the perfect warrior." She kills Jason in order for him not to be like Vaas as Citra manipulated them to the beings they have become.
I’m not afraid to say that I cried when I finished the game, the ending was amazing and the storyline was emotional. This will always be, the best game I have ever played, no game in the future could have topped this.
This comment might be 3 years but man this game is incredible that I bought the classic edition and now I has the original on my Xbox version I cant wait to play through the beginning again .
The best part of this scene is that you realize Citra understands that Jason still has confusion about choosing Citra or Liza so she tries to brainwash Jason one last time. Citra was the true antagonist in this game
He didn't know their language, culture or their customs. He was an outsider lead to believe he was one of them, but that was a far cry from who he really was.
You know coming back and watching this ending makes me realize just how awesome of a game this really was, the story, characters, music, gameplay etc. Just everything about it is so awesome, i just wish i played it when it came out.
"I've killed so many people I've lost count.I can't come back from this.I'm a monster.I can feel the anger inside me.But i am still, somewhere inside me.More than that.Better than that.'
I took the kill your friends thing because I though they would never understand what Jason went through while Citra and the villagers... just kidding Citra was sexy
@@thisone981 He even has that quote, at the start of the game, when he and Jason are staring at a bunch of women on the Island, and he says that he could have "any of them", but he only has his eyes set on one woman: Citra.
Far Cry 3 does the whole "revenge and the cycle of violence is bad" better than The Last of Us Part 2. Jason felt horrified and disgusted killing his first man after stabbing him with his own knife and during the story Jason has to spill more and more blood becoming desensitized to it over time. Every time you killed a man in Far Cry 3 it affected the story and as you become more and more adept at killing and murdering you become more disconnected from your humanity as you put more and more tattoos on your arms. Jason Brody by the end of the game becomes completely unrecognizable and becomes a psychopathic monster like Vaas. It's when he finds out that his little brother Riley isn't dead and is alive that he finds his humanity and remembers his friends. He then chooses not to murder his own friends does he end the cycle of violence and bloodshed and perhaps if he manages to work things with Liza Snow, Jason can regain his humanity and become a better person than he was before. Jason Brody is essentially like The Punisher since Jason only kills pirates and mercenaries who are trying to kill him but regardless he's still committing mass murder. Liza Snow who unfortunately was not fleshed out enough or used that often is the one light in Jason's life of blood and darkness. Liza loves Jason for who he is while Citra only loves Jason because of his bloodlust and his ability to kill with efficiency. Jason essentially becomes the new Vaas after killing the old one. This is what makes this ending so powerful because Jason upon the realization that he's become a remorseless killing machine chooses to be a man instead of a slave to his own bloodthirsty tendencies. This is why Citra was the main villain of the game and not Vaas and even Hoyt. The Last of Us Part 2 is a ballsy and bold game that took so many risks but I felt wasn't written well enough that I'd believe that Ellie would spare her life at the end after killing like over five thousand people just to get to Abby.
I don't think Jason realizes it yet, but he actually broke the cycle for himself and his friends. Everyone else on that island is doomed to a life of killing and pillaging each other. He only ever needed their skills to survive if he was going to save his friends. And by choosing to leave and save his friends, Jason was able to leave the island for good. All he needs now is just some years of therapy to recover and hopefully, he'll move on with Liza and have a great life.
The story of this game was to “Save your friends”. If you picked the other ending then it’s you basically saying “Fuck all the hours I put into saving my friends and into this game”
Far Cry 3 is a masterpiece. This game was a beautiful experience, there's very little out here that comes close. It tells a story only a video game can deliver.
Just finished the campaign again for the first time in almost 5 years and I'm so in love with many of your responses ! This game is so realistic and impressing with Jason's character development and I had to play the game in the view of my own eyes if I were to be Jason. I would totally save my friends and my brother after experiencing all that fucked up shit, no matter how hard the Ptsd or memories from the island i would not want to stay somewhere so isolated and ruleless, I would want to leave the island and maybe with Grants connection to the army , Jason can access some help and maybe go back to the island and find a way to own it and make it his personal property with it being a island people can come and tour around or rent beach houses shit I don't man all i know is that the island is capable of many different rare speices of animals and is unbelievably beautiful so in the end I would love to stay the island and see it transform from a very fucked up place to a safe heaven for all people of this world to come and find some inner peace knowing the horribleness history of the place.

Well that's not very nice. Dr. Kreiger was a great guy, granted he was a serious shroom-head.
LunarD3A7H You mean Dr. Earnhardt. Dr. Krieger is from Far Cry 1/Primal/Instinct whatever the fuck you want to call it now. Far-cry 😏
Azur vajraca and that's the way called Far Cry 3
Me too. I liked the Ending.
Better.
Couldn't agree more. The ending was far too easy to choose.
Subject Delta I couldn’t agree more

(Citra gets stabbed in the stomach) *Dies*
Hehe
+Emmett Brown great scott

She is a female. he is a male. He wears bulletproof vests.

@@dqverify6797 do you really expect me to read all that shit?

Jason is and now will forever be...a warrior.
A warrior never stops fighting, neither his enemies nor his demons.

Chose the this ending. I came to save my friends and thats what I did. Mission first. Mission accomplished.
This game is still the best Far Cry of all

Wth in this ending she sacrifices her life for jason but in second ending she just kills jason ... i don't understand love.
Women.
Avenexful
She loved what Jason became and wanted his seed to "create the perfect warrior." She kills Jason in order for him not to be like Vaas as Citra manipulated them to the beings they have become.
The voice acting for Dennis is so powerful during the last part... holy shit.
And I can't still get over how Dennis looks AND sounds like Chadwick Boseman if he reached middle age... R.I.P. Glorious Wakandan King
I feel like we should have gotten a proper epilogue with going home with the friends... maybe a scene with Liza as well ;)
Same

Cliffo55 The gamer dog wtf how
The Pillowhead wanting a sex scene with a fictional character like wtf
@@cliffo55thegamerdog83 We all are humans. We always like seeing weird things.
6:35 I feel so bad for Dennis, what do you think he was thinking at this point?
Well how the fuck do I get out of here? How many guards does she have? And he just stabbed her
dude i simply love that ending track
The best part of this scene is that you realize Citra understands that Jason still has confusion about choosing Citra or Liza so she tries to brainwash Jason one last time. Citra was the true antagonist in this game
If she was actually a good person or a hero type character this would have been a really sad scene...
Rihanna would be slaying as citra they look exactly the same
"I'm sorry but I'm only here for vacation"

😂
To be honest
I just wanted to liberate the 2 islands and run away with my friends
Well, thats exactly what Jason wanted to do so nothing bad about that
Lol
hearing Jason's speech at the end was so damn good. he sums up how the player feels and reminds us that killing will never solve anything.
It helps when you want to fight back against assholes who want to exploit your people for their own gain
It always makes emotional lol. I can't hold back my tears. What a masterpiece.
Saving your friends is the true ending to far cry 3.
Honestly I'd rather save my buds than losing my virginity and die
Well Liza is his girlfriend and I’m sure she’s taken care of Jason before in that sense 😂
"You are powerfull on your own!"
me: _almost dies like 20 times_
only 20?
"You are powerful on your own!"
Me: *falling 1m from a hill and dying
He didn't know their language, culture or their customs. He was an outsider lead to believe he was one of them, but that was a far cry from who he really was.
true ending to the best game ever
Mikey Wainscott Best game ever!!!
A r i z o n a S a d b o i does it look like we are joking?
It's a very good game. Best in the series. Best game ever......Up to debate
Not ever, but It certainly makes it to my top 8.
Top 5 but it is not even close to be the best
You know coming back and watching this ending makes me realize just how awesome of a game this really was, the story, characters, music, gameplay etc. Just everything about it is so awesome, i just wish i played it when it came out.
"I've killed so many people I've lost count.I can't come back from this.I'm a monster.I can feel the anger inside me.But i am still, somewhere inside me.More than that.Better than that.'
Jason gave Citra everything she wanted and she still wasn't satisfied.
Lets be honest: we all did this ending on the first run
Except me because game language was russian and i couldn't read russian so i chose randomly and got the sex ending instead
I took the kill your friends thing because I though they would never understand what Jason went through while Citra and the villagers... just kidding Citra was sexy
why couldn't far cry 4 be like this
Watching dennis get upset made me so sad. He was the first friend you made on the island and the person who set you on the path to save your friends
That dude was a full blown simp at the end
He's the definition of a simp
@@thisone981 He even has that quote, at the start of the game, when he and Jason are staring at a bunch of women on the Island, and he says that he could have "any of them", but he only has his eyes set on one woman: Citra.
@@CooTooF what a simp champ
And why is he simp?
Citra’s lust for Jason became her downfall
"Your friends will move on, and have a boring live"
at that time I realized how realistic this game is
This game, this story, is one of my favourite ever gaming experiences. It felt organic, and right.
after 9 years still can make my eyes with tears...
🤧
Ikr,😢
Well said dearest sir!! WELL FUCKING SAID❤🔥🔥
This is good explanation how bad TLOU 2 it is
This theme at the end, it just gives me a feeling i cant even describe.
I can't get out this music from my hand from 7 years
