Hi there! Thanks very much for watching!! Struggling with counting bulerias is completely normal, we've all been there. The only way is truly understand the "compas" (rhythm) listen to a lot of good flamenco guitarist playing bulerias and count while they play. It's also helps to listen and understand first "soleares" and "alegrias" as it's the same count but much slower. I'm preparing a special series about rhythm, all the "compases" one by one alongside a great percussionist. They will be released very soon. Hope this helps! Maria

Listen to Moraito Chico half an hour a day while taking a walk in the park. In a week you’ll sleepwalk the bulería rhythm.
