Omfg! Can you imagine the noise when the trains go by? Lol what a total nightmare from hell! Amazed her face didn’t crack in half when she started talking about the trade off lol An apartment only a stone deaf person could live in lol

There’s no price listed anywhere, so how do we know it’s “affordable”? Do we get complimentary ear plugs for the mind numbing train noise? Or are they extra?

Hi! Yes, there's obviously no avoiding the fact that the train is very visible and audible. It passes 2-3 per day at a very low speed. This is why the units on this side of the building go for a steep discount compared to the waterside units. But it is an opportunity for someone who may not otherwise be able to afford buying into a luxury building in Old Montreal to have access to all of its incredible services and amenities, including stunning water views from all the common areas which they can enjoy anytime. At the time I posted, it was listed at 639k CDN including garage, storage, and wine cellar, and offers about 1400sf of living space. Something similar anywhere else in the Old Port will go for 800k-1M+, in fact I sold an identical unit at about the same time on the waterside for 840k. So while the "view" and the noise may be dealbreakers for many buyers, for others it could be an opportunity to live in an exceptional location without the unattainable price tag :) Keep watching and commenting!

Hi😊, There are 2 beds, 2 baths fully furnished in Montreal?

Peronally, the train track proximity wouldn't bother me for noise (a far preferable sound to a yapping dog or 300 decibels of gangsta rap) but...could be a resale issue
