- The Creeper Truck stalls off and wont start so the Creepers Cousin Jumps out, Runs up and Steals the Duel Movie Truck!!! We had alot of fun doing all these videos.. But OMG was I Hot! I think I lost 5 Lbs! lol

@@user-rn3rn6nl3h For horror fans, they are pretty iconic. I'm 30 & JCs was a big deal for a min in the early 2000s, even non horror hounds seem to recognize the imagery. Dual was mostly known for being Spillburges first film, but plenty of old folks fondly remember it & past it on to young fans. I've only seen it once as a kid & that trucks grill is implanted in my brain

That was epic...Even the way you rolled back starting out and missed a shift..like you dont know exactly what your doing but your a murderer on the loose so you figure it on the fly

I always wondered what kind of drive train the truck had in the movie. I could never find any info on it, but it sure could rock out! Sounded like it was turbo'd, but may be wrong. Really liked it though!!
The sound you heard was a supercharged car but not the creeper truck.. the sound was added in post production.. This was the 1st movie.. the V8 chase truck had a Chevy 350 with a 350 turbo transmission.. That was truck #3.. I own Truck #2 ( 3 trucks were built total for JC1 ) Truck #2 had a 235 Inline 6 cylinder with a granny gear 4 speed and a 656 rear gear.. truck #2 is the one I own.. truck#1 the prototype truck from the JC1 didnt run.. it was only used in static shots.. It was later purchased by Tom Redemer and restored and used in JC3 it now has a stroked out 383 Vortex with a 700R4 transmission..

Every since I was a kid seeing Mad Mad 30 some years ago, I have wanted a rough around the edges muscle car with a soul, where it's body and paint tell it's story. BUt it runs like a scalded dog. (Maybe I'll try to find an old Nova or something an just black it out an make my own version, that would be doable) Again, this channel is cool and I am glad you went on Adam The Woo's channel. Other wise I may have never found this.
PS, I know how hard it is to drive an old Semi, kudos sir, kudos.

Unfortunately They never showed up or called to say why they were not coming.. They did mention that they were having issues on Friday but.. they advised they would be there some time Sat.. They never showed or called after that and when they were called they would just let it go to voice main..thats what I was told.. And there was a producer of a Truckin TV show there wanting to put their truck on their show.. Oh well.. I hope nothing happened to them..

That duel truck is that the actual second truck that was made after initial filming of the movie was done i know the truck that we saw for most of the film was really ran off the cliff and destroyed but a second truck was made to film some scene after initial filming

@@jcreeper118 I thought it would've been having issues. That van is a 1941 Chevrolet Heavy-Duty CEO that thing is literally 80 years old.
@@MOHAWKL4A3124 it's an actual working truck now.. during filming they only had a 2.5 gallon fuel cell mounted in the back of the truck behind the driver.. and it had the original radiator from 41.. and it leaked.. they pretty much drove it untill it over heated then they pulled over and grabbed the other truck.. three were built for the original movie.. one didn't run.. two did..

Crazy that the Peterbilt 281 had up to 350 HP back then out of a diesel. This is also the time most truckers say Cummins made a really good engine for a semi. (idk now a days, i know they make ok diesels for dodge, or did anyway)
But I always felt the Valiant would outrun the Peterbilt, but nah, the turbo 281's made up to 350 HP THe 71 Valiant 4 door family version as in the movie made about 105 HP. SO even fully loaded, I think it actually MAY BE possible the truck COULD HAVE CAUGHT it!!!

Look at the movie. Look at this truck. Different? Definitely!! 🤔🤔🤔
The Truck is the Screen Used truck.. the Color is a little more green than I like but its still being worked on. they used a filter when they were filming JC1 that made the truck look alot darker.. If you go back to some of my earlier videos you can see how bad of shape the truck was in.. I had to do something.. so we took it down to the metal and redone it.. I'm still gonna add some more distressing.. but don't let the video fool ya.. its pretty bad ass in person.. I got several of the original cast that loved the face lift!
So a mechanic shop down the road from me 😊has the front end on of it and no rear body what can i use for that wagon part of truck!
