Beautiful model. Loved the film,no wonder Stephen Spielberg became such a noted producer/Director. And great acting by Dennis Weaver, and cast. Amazing model.
How cool is 3D printer.. you no longer need toys out of the shop, when you can have any car model you see and you want! Please if someone can print Dodge ram 1500 with that 🔥🔥
Amazing. I did some checking, and I don't have a single Dodge Dart or Chrysler Valiant 4 door that looks like this car on my layout, and just the minorest check came up with only one model, a 1/25 scale 4 door Valiant that looks like the movie car. Everything else that is old school is two doors. Now I am going to start checking around for that model/type of car, maybe old Johnny Lightning or something. I would like to know why Matchbox and Hot Wheels, who make models of almost every real and fantasy car available, don't have a model like this Plymouth Valiant 330 or Dodge Dart, or if I accidentally discovered the one car that they don't make a model of. 🙂 Did find out the movie used four Valiant cars, a 1969 modified to look like a 1970 with a 318 V8, (The cliff & stunt car) one 1970 and one 1971 cars with 225 slant 6 motors, and one 1972 model for the movie trailers. An awesome job on your movie. 💙 T.E.N.
the fact the truck falls similar to the film, lands quite close to the film. PLUS dedication to detail of everything. as a SUPERFAN of Duel ( my all time fave film) I'd love to see a shot 4 shot remake with miniatures. don't have to do all in between shots, stops, just the main road stuff, bus, train scene. got the ending near exact. well done

classic's never gettin' old and always reborn! I have always been surprised and still am surprised by one thing in the film. BUT I understand, it was done for the sake of entertainment, not truthfulness
When the 1971 movie Steven Spielberg used a 1955 peterbilt 281 and a 1957peterbilt model 351,as a back up truck he also used two fruehauf tanker trailers during the filming process for the benefit of those who are too young to rember the the movie was based on a book written by Richard Matthew on in 1966
