The Dialga/Gardevoir fusion is Sakuya Izayoi from Touhou Project, a popular bullet hell doujin series. Fun fact, my avatar is from the same series!
Sakuya is the time stopping, knife throwing, perfect maid of the Scarlet Devil Mansion, and is often compared to Dio from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. So it is no wonder Dialga is used for her fusion. Glad Waifu made it to the end!
