I would switch Sophist and Vern on the grounds that Sophist is known for being tall, dressed in purple, and being surprisingly smart outside of the choices he makes in game, while Vern is the youngest, likes cute stuff, and actually tries to be a good teammate.

I’m a huge fan of the IDW TMNT comics, and it seems a lot of the designs are based of of those comics. Slash is more based around this counterpart, where instead of being Raphael’s pet, he’s a replacement for the main turtles (for Baxter Stockman’s company, working with Krang) who ends up being much more aggressive and animalistic. He eventually becomes more intelligent from receiving a psychotropic compound with Splinter’s blood (long story) and becomes more like the version we see in this game.

The turtle I most relate with in basically every iteration of TMNT is Raphael, but my favorite will always be Michelangelo. He's the comic relief the team needs to keep sane, like being the Justice League's Flash, or Teen Titan's Beast Boy.
