Dude never feed your tarantula with a wild caught spider because its risky, good thing your spider didn't die because huntsman spiders can tango pretty well and might contain poison, feed them with imported/house cockroaches or something.
The huntsman is longer than a average tarantula, but the tarantulas are much heavier and stronger. Seeing an average tarantula here can make quick work of the “2nd largest spider” is not that confusing.
@@Kevin-ek1su that huntsman was missing 2 legs, possibly from previous feeding attempts. it managed to fend off the larger tarantula the first time. if it still retained all its legs i suspect the larger T cant actually kill it.
Tarantulas are also smarter and think faster huntsman spiders just use their speed to jump on prey as for the tarantula who will just wait for the time to strike just like how the huntsman spider just run and then retreated then the tarantula took advantage of the huntsman dropping its guard to pounce
