I am working on the solo to Panama right now, everything out there was absolutely driving me nuts I could tell it was not quite right, then I found yours and it was absolutely correct. I have found this with other solos you have dun I don't know why I even look elsewhere.Thank you.
You're an excellent instructor...you're tabs and lessons are great !! And you're accuracy of the notes is the best, in my opinion. Particularly the early Van Halen solos like the hammer-on / fast picking solo of ''On Fire''...that one seems to be the most debated eVh lead anywhere,,,but I think you're rendition is spot-on !! Dave your tabs are the best by far. No other tabs are as accurate. In fact, on multiple tabs you found things on isolated guitar tracks that I never even noticed. I love how you break them down in sections and at two speeds. Now if only I could get you to do videos for full songs or signature parts... :) Your tabs are the best.
I hear you and I understand! Thanks for your hard work! I can usually figure out the rhythm parts by looking at the various bad tabs that are out there and finding the parts that are correct and then spending time listening to the song and working it out myself. It's the solos I really need help with so keep focusing on that!
I just bought a Hal Leonard Van Halen tablature and there’s definitley some discrepancies. I would pay for Eruption and D.O.A solos like $20 per solo video. I know this is to get a personalized tablature but those two I want to perfect.

Hey bro, I guess I'll deal with copyright stuff if it comes up, but I see others doing similar, so hopefully I'll be okay. Plus, the way I look at it is that I'm just showing people my "interpretation" and only an excerpt of the song. I had another request for bundles too. I may do that down the road... I'm still going back and updating old tabs that I had deleted, so it could be a month or two. :)
Great idea! I hope it goes well... Two thoughts: (a) you may want to put a watermark on the files with your logo? (b) I have no doubt that your tabs are super accurate, but I've struggled to reconcile tabs (from any source) with the rhythm. So one concern, esp. when playing slowly, is to understand where the beat is. I'm not suggesting a ton of work to revise tabs, but perhaps you could address that in a separate video?
He certainly has the right to do that and earn money off his efforts. I've had friends tell me I should do the same, instead of putting the tabs on the screen, since I put so much work into it. However, I feel that would be too much of a shift for my channel, since people are accustomed to seeing the tabs in the video. :)
