30-Day Self-Care Challenge
1. Day 1: Start a Gratitude Journal

3. Day 3: Take a Digital Detox
Unplug from screens for at least 2 hours today.
4. Day 4: Move Your Body
Do a 20-minute workout, walk, or stretch.
5. Day 5: Practice Mindfulness
Spend 10 minutes meditating or practicing deep breathing.
6. Day 6: Declutter Your Space
Organize a small area like your desk or a drawer.
7. Day 7: Treat Yourself
Enjoy a favorite treat or indulge in something you love.
8. Day 8: Write a Love Letter to Yourself
List your strengths and what you love about yourself.
9. Day 9: Take a Relaxing Bath or Shower
Add essential oils or bath salts for an extra touch.
10. Day 10: Listen to a Motivational Podcast or Audiobook
Find something that inspires you or uplifts your spirit.
11. Day 11: Practice Self-Compassion
Speak kindly to yourself and replace negative thoughts with positive affirmations.
