    This guided meditation with the inner child builds on previous meditations. In this session we meet our inner child and acknowledge the vulnerability.
    Inner child work can be very healing because while we all carry our inner child inside of us, many of us have carry pain owing to circumstances surrounding us when we were young. This in turn can mean we go on to make bad choices (to protect ourselves) as adults and compound the hurt.
    Whilst we can try and change our behaviors from the outside in, if the pain is not healed on the inside, it is my belief that old patterns (that are designed to protect us) will always resurface.
    This video is the third in a series of inner child work. For many the process is a slow one, one of building trust with the part of ourselves that has learned not to trust. Then we can move on to acknowledging our vulnerabilities and other emotions.
    I hope you find this guided meditation calming and peaceful and you find some small sense of early reconnection with your inner child.
