    Thank you for this extensive research on salts. Been a long time home cook and never have I ever used diamond crystal salt. I now have realized that I have been cooking all wrong over the years.

    If you use less of the Morton kosher salt and use the appropriate amounts in a dish, does it have a good flavor. It is a good bit cheaper than Diamond in Europe so I`m thinking of trying Morton first.

    I tried diamond chrystal but i didnt like the flake. Im going back to morton
