It works in classic as well as lightning.
@@SalesforceHulkHulk thanks for quick answer, I think the problem now, no more small windows selection on LEX, needs to select at least two characters and then click on search, then windows appear, Take more steps than before.

I don't get how pyramid constructions didn't show up in the search results the first time he did the lookup. We never saw him change pyramid constructions from inactive to active. Why didn't pyramid constructions show up the first time?
I think so the list view used in look up filter is recently viewed accounts

This had me confused too, but I think I understand now what the Salesforce help website is saying. They are saying that you cannot include the master-detail relationship *field* in a field criteria. In this case, you cannot simply write "Bank Account" in the field criteria. You have to choose a field within the bank account object. In Shrey's case, he shose the "account type" field within bank account object.

Treating or interpreting upper- and lowercase letters as being the same. Often used in computer science to indicate a comparison or equality test that does not distinguish between letters that only differ in case.
