Product Manager is my goal. Originally I was doing ASU online for a BSE in Engineering Management (where I would be able to answer those analytical problems because we learn lots of algorithms as well as do scientific management to arrive at decisions is Operations Management), but ended up dropping out because it got way too expensive fast. Doing a BS in Computer Science from WGU because it is so much cheaper and thinking about doing my MBA. Also thinking about doing IBM's Product Manager certificate just to see if I really would enjoy this role or maybe redirect my education to a more IT role instead. Love your videos and will keep watching all of them to gain some insight on what to do next.
Thank you so much for sharing your success story. Over the course of my career, I have found these conversations and stories incredibly valuable, and I just couldn't find people to give me info like this when I was first starting out. Thanks for giving back to the community and congratulations on your continued success!
Thank you for sharing! This sounds so much like me, currently enrolled in WGU for bachelors in communications (new degree they’re offering) and will go on to get MBA, I’m specifically going back to school to be a product manager. Would love more videos throughout your product manager career. Pros / cons, networking tips etc!
i was a manager for many years, I recently left and got my MBA at WGU after I saw one of your videos. I thought becoming a online professor/adjunct professor would be easy, however each application keeps getting denied. I think they don't like the fact that I don't have any "teaching" experience. However throughout my years of managing I technically taught many employees and trained them. If anyone has any advice or other jobs that I could apply for please let me know! I am looking for a remote/work from home job. I am only 25 and would like to have kids in the next few years so that is why I would love to work from home. I am on LinkedIn and indeed if that helps
