    Hello, I'm struggling with the fact that my mother is the trigger. However, I have to be the one adjusting so I can maintain her respect and that means I have to hide my moods, my pains, etc. I'm in college and I'm not yet independent so I'm under her care. I could take the risk of going away but we know the sadness in me will overwhelm me more. I'm stuck. You have a wonderful support I'm happy for you and kinda bit jealous hahaha

      I’m so sorry that you’re in this spot right now. Is there anyone you can talk to like a friend or therapist/counselor that you can be more transparent about your emotions and mood with? I can only imagine how tricky it must be with your mom being the trigger. -Adrian
