Lil' PSA for when this happens: Take a shirt, or similar thinner cloth and pull it taught over the end of a hose type vacuum and secure with a rubber band or tape or whatever. Then vacuum all around the suspected drop zone, periodically checking the cloth for what you pull up. Hopefully will suck up any missing part into it, making it easy to find, and not risk ruining it by going through the vacuum itself, and also saves you having to search that spooty-ass bag of dirt as well. Think of it like panning for gold. (FYI: I actually learned this from a friend of mine years ago as a way of retrieving ground up weed spilled on the floor. It works... but you could still kinda' taste the carpet through the bong when you smoke it, lol)
for a low price gunpla, this revive guncannon really worth it and I love a simple and straight build gunpla like this one. and come with one small decal, love it.
I love the meowing cat lol! Im getting into these kits. Not a fan of the aesthetic but after building a depth kit I usually start to enjoy them. Like the Xeon suits and the Leo from gundam wing
Anyone remember the part where guncannon with amuro come to the rescue when sayla messed up with the gundam,out of no where bitch slapped a zaku and towed it by the mono eye, that entire thing that ruined seed beam spam for me
I actually hated the Guncannon. I actually got the kit for a project. My goal of the project was to mod the Guncannon into something either I would like or tolerate. Testing your model skills sort of thing. Then I opened the box. Immediately, I thought "omg this might actually impress me". Sure enough by the time I was done building it, I had fell in love with everything about the kit from it's goofy charm down to it's very emotive articulation. the only thing I might give it is a new paint scheme and even that is in debate.

I'm wanting to buy 3 of these to finish out my "16th Autonomous Corps" squadron. The problem I think I might run into is decals for them. I might need to buy some extra sheets of RX-78-4 and 5 decals to get enough squadron insignias.
Zaku Aurelius, the prone pose isn't derpy, its actually a true tactical position. It makes him a smaller target instead of a large target if he was standing straight up. His Armor also reflects this. The armor on his upper body, which would be protecting him in that prone position, is rounded and angled, which will help deflect incoming fire. I know Gundam is very stylized and therefore doesn't really take much tactical thinking into account. But calling it derpy is IMO dismissing its added realism to the series, which it great for immersion. Gundams originally were designed to provide military support, so they will show armaments and in some types armor, that reflect the role it played in a battlefield. In the case of Guncannon, he was ranged support and he did it well.
Idk why but this HG Guncannon looks more convincing than the one in the anime and wiki. Also, which parts needs to be panel lined? Thinking of getting this one on Christmas because I don't want an HG kit with hard to put stickers.
The one thing that would have made this kit a little bit better would have been if it had had the rocket pod launchers as well that the MG kit has so you could equip it either way.
This new HGUC is quite welcome...I already have one and I absolutely love it. But I think a MG Guncannon Ver.2.0 is long overdue. Would the Guntank be getting a Revive version, I wonder? Arguably, does it need one? The RTX-65 Early Type shows us the possibilities...
IDK... with an alternate paint job, I can definitely see some potential for this kit. Maybe a WWII Panzer/Wehrmacht theme might actually work due to some of the shapes involved... in many ways it has a retro look to it.

For the most part the nubs are pretty good! A few nasty ones on the big lower leg parts, but nothing else that I can remember. And that's a good point about the missile pods. I forgot to mention that! The original HG came with that option so I thought it kind of strange those weren't included this time.

I think the Guncannon was designed because the Feds still not sure about using giant robot to fight so they want to put two large cannons on its shoulders because they believe that it fit better for support unit. But as they keep expanding their research they start designing the RX-78 series as a better answer for more close combat oriented Zakus. I remember the Feds actually laughed at Zeon when they deployed Zaku units and calling em toys. Then the battle started and the Mobile Suits did short work against Fed ships pretty much destroying their fleets one by one.
Looks like a good kit. I'm just not a fan of this MS style. I prefer my MS to look mean (probably not the right word, but real isn't one I'd use either as these don't exist in real life) and not so cartoony.
Theibault the tooniness is where the Franchise started, and a BIG part of the fanbase loves these types of designs, they are not going away anytime soon.
Its cool but the desighn is... meh.??, when you compare the desighn between this to other series suport ms like jegan or astray, meh.. but the zakus are more timeless right.. meh..
I think Kai is soley responsible for making the Guncannon goofy. He could make any suit goofy by piloting it, even the Unicorn.

I dont know why but I've always loved the Guncannon. I think I just like the simplicity of it.
Found a heart for grunts, secondary mobile suits, prototypes, and mass production series. They have worth too lol.
The simplicity and the Anime accuracy of this kit is very impressive. No need for too much "realistic" details for this kit.
