  • Hello, Vegan Cooking Mastery Family!
Vegan Cooking Mastery's first video is out now.
In this video, I am going to show you how you can create your own fermented vegetables. The purpose of this video is to bring your game to the next level. If you are looking for a way to get more probiotics naturally, this is a great way.
Using fermented vegetables is a way to add more flavor to the dishes you make every day, to have more variety and on top of that you will make your gut happy.
You can do this in less than 20 minutes using the method I showed you and at the end you will feel very accomplished to have done something that’s believed to be complicated.
Give it a try and let me know your thoughts. I am sure that you are gonna be super happy! And if you have ANY questions, please feel free to reach out to me and I am more than happy to answer your questions.
I want to make sure you understand the importance of having all the tools you use sanitized, from the spatula, the bowl and the jar you are using, so you have a healthy fermentation with only good bacteria.
Also, here are 5 benefits you can get from fermented vegetables:
    1. Probiotics: Fermented vegetables are rich in beneficial bacteria, also known as probiotics. These microbes can support a healthy gut by promoting a balanced gut microbiome, which is linked to digestion, immune function, and even mental health.
    2. Enhanced Nutrient Absorption: Fermentation breaks down compounds that can hinder nutrient absorption, such as phytic acid. This makes the nutrients in vegetables more bioavailable, allowing your body to absorb them more effectively.
    3. Preservation: Fermentation acts as a natural preservation method, extending the shelf life of vegetables without the need for refrigeration or artificial additives.
    4. Increased Digestibility: The fermentation process pre-digests the vegetables, making them easier for your body to break down and absorb, reducing the chances of bloating or discomfort.
    5. Boosted Immunity: A healthy gut is closely tied to a strong immune system. Consuming probiotics from fermented veggies can potentially enhance your immune response.
    Enjoy the video!
Note: Best to do with your kids, partner, or loved ones!!
