The Genshin anime is being done by ufotable, not Hoyo's internal team (as far as I know). It's unlikely to look exactly like this. That said, ufotable have a solid reputation for having excellent animation.

@@synthesissixtyfive22 like i said its debatable ufotables characters have less moving details but also their background and effect animation is next level also their choreography is not that interesting overall tho that might be just a demon slayer thing the choreography is either dragon ball type with people doing a million slashes super fast with nothing really going on or super close ups followed by a wide shot to show what happened its always the same thing not much to look at aside from pretty colors
I definitely love how Mihoyo gives the Honkai treatment to Star Rail with the animated shorts, also makes this a similar but not exact case to Final lesson
Yanqing saying he "won't hold back" similarly how Jingqui wanted Jing Yuan not to hold back this is "Last lesson" trailer from Honkai 3rd all over again Sadge

i have heard somewhere that the Genshin anime is being done by ufotable and that it is a "long term project" so i kinda doubt it coming out this year but perhaps like a one to a few episodes each year might make sense, or seasons but spread out over a few years or so

I think the most impressive thing about the music at like 4:17 is that it isn't triumphant. Like, in a scene of the hero vanquishing the villain the music is triumphant, showing victory and power and all of that general triumph stuff. But the music in that scene isn't triumphant. You can hear the power and the aspect of defeating an opponent but the music is overwhelmingly sad. It is not a happy sounding scene, and it makes sense because it isn't a triumph for Jing Yuan, it's awful. It's misery and suffering, because he has to hurt someone he cares about. It's just masterfully done, very impressive and super well established.
As Jingyuan saying the same words to Yanqing like his master once said to him, it really shows the Samsara in the whole wide Hoyoverse concept, as well as it's in Honkai 3rd and Genshin. From what I know, Yanqing did end up having to kill Jingyuan. Then he became this bearded-scare-on-face mid age man who looks cool as hell, and has an alias 'Ma Fei Ma'. I found his image in Honkai 3rd side manga...

yes honkai star rail and honkai impact definitely feels more personal, where as genshin i feel more trying to grasp the vastness of its world and lore
