    Good work! The 61 is a nightmare. It has to go to Tony it's doing shit I've never er experienced before. It's pretty low on compression so that may be the whole issue but not sure!

      🤔😬🤨 well shit it felt like it had good compression turning the flywheel. Did you pull the muffler and look at the piston? If tony is too busy you can send it here I'll do the labor for free. What is it doing? Allot of those old husqvarnas do crazy chit with air leaks and bad coils they run really weird in my experience

      @@chainsawredeemer85 I believe I've got it now I believe anyways. Pretty sure tank vent was the culprit. It actually built so much pressure it pushed all the gas out of the tank through the carb. I've seen them build pressure bit nothing like this. Piston looks clean and great because it's been so fuel washed. Pretty sure that's what stopped whoever it may of been from using it. I was wondering why the muffler was so wet when I got it and surly found out quick! It had 115 compression but I squirted a little 2 stroke in through spark plug and fired it up and used it a little and haven't checked it again yet. Hoping it came up some with some use. I may have to slip a ring in it as it all looks good inside from what I'm able to see. I'll get it top notch though for sure no matter what I like the saw!

      There is a tiny diaphragm in the main jet of the carb, on jimbus' 038 it wasn't closing like its supposed to. I've also had this happen to me Ted I've actually had the fuel push so hard ot bent the metering lever in the carb recently on neighbor Trents MS390 found a defective tank vent. But if you do have more issues that's where I would look: that main jet, and use you a q tip and drill and buff the inlet needle seat. Glad it's running again 115 is low for that saw in my opinion. If you need a ring I may have one I can send ya on the house. I'll have to look what sizes I have in stock

    Idle for a tank?

    • @chainsawredeemer85
      @chainsawredeemer85  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Idk what you mean but the tank has to be properly sealed or the fuel flow is affected and can prevent the saw from idling or even starting all together.
