Ha, we used to stay a stone's throw from Midhope, in South Queensferry! Strangely, although we're both Outlander fans, we never made it along - at the time I think access was by special arrangement only. We did, however, take a day trip through to Falkland in Fife, which doubles for Inverness in the series, and by sheer chance they were actually filming there that day - the street was dressed up to a late 1960s scene with various period cars including a particular dark blue Rover P6, which I'm sure will tell Irene at what point in the story this was! Hope you've enjoyed your Scottish adventure!
Never seen Overlander. Wow, you dated that video by what you're watching on TH-cam :-) My favourite dance move is the shaking off the trousers one, symbolising when the Scottish were again allowed to wear kilts after one of the various Kings banned it. Serves you right for going to Scotland in November :-) It looks good fun, and it's good that you can try the various events too...
@@heyholetstow totally agree, we’re also finding the freezer not as good as our last caravan, but hope first service will sort it, after our trip to Spain December/January
@@heyholetstow we were having a few soft ice creams when in France but it was 32degrees and don’t think hubby had delved to bottom of shop freezer to get the well and truly solid ones when we brought them 🤣

We love Falkland. Lovely little village. More Scottish Adventures to come!

Outlander. Overlander is a car isn’t it? 😀 yea, it’s cold in Scotland (I’d imagine 😂). First vlog with ads. Not too disruptive?
@@heyholetstow Outlander / Overlander :-) Proves I've really NOT seen it.
Ah, I'm a YT premium subscriber, so I don't see any ads....
@@CaravanVlogger ah. I forgot about that! 😀
We have done the same with our fridge on Swift sprite major( or Tom as he’s referred to, yes David Bowie’s “major Tom”)
Ha! The whole fridge display is so badly designed. The lights, the sensitivity, even the beep is annoying.

@@AlysonKeele-Toms 32degrees is enough for any fridge to struggle. I've seen vids of adding extra fans. Way to complicated for me :)
