Our friend @kelseydangerous reached out to us in serious need of a room makeover for her gaming room. As a Twitch streamer and TH-camr, Kelsey needs a nice backdrop for her streams and videos! But the best part was that Kelsey designed the room herself in The Sims 4 (and made a video about it!!!) So all we had to do was bring it to life!

I'm sO happy you did those floating wood pieces for the accent wall, personally I'm over the tape and paint way of doing that design and the way you guys tackled this makes that trend so elevated. Great job !!!!!!!!
That accent table that’s in front of the accent wall is EXACTLY like the one in the Sims omg! I honestly really love the carpet but the accent wall is my fave!

The only negative is the faux wood front to the cabinet, u can see the gaps so it looks a lil cheap
Yeah I feel like if they painted the gap a darker color, then it'll look like the inside of the cabinet!
They could have kept it white. It was nice.

I don't remember if they chose the plant but it looked like they considered a Dieffenbachia, which is also toxic for pets
What they needed was a bird's nest fern kokedama!
Sago Palm... and the dumb cane (Dieffenbachia) as mentioned below is also toxic... next video can be the trip to the vet ER LOL
is a seiko the same as a sago palm? trying to learn and googling seiko palm plant brought up "sago"

Definitely a fantastic idea! 👌 but Simsie seems to be the type to already know what she wants for her house 😏 but who knows! She might see this and want to partake in it!

It's so cute that you matched it down to the detail 😍 however, coming from Kelsey's video, I think she expected some changes because the design options are kind of limited in the Sims and she wanted you to interpret it a bit more freely 😂

This is incredible.. That neon wall with accent furniture is just chef's kiss. I can see myself staring at that wall with some music on. It's totally different from TSG aesthetic yet you guys pulled it off like nothing! Talent and hard work all the way!

hahahah but omg this was so amazing and surreal to see them bring the office to life. It really is a beautiful office for Kelsey and I'm super excited to see the background of her next video and for all the great LED moments that will be had. I was just hear as a Kelsey fan but now that I've seen the incredible work TheSorryGirls can do with DIY room make overs I'm in love and will definitely be watching more! I cant believe the made the Sims plant so perfectly right down to the basket! Any simmer will tell you that's like the go-to used plant.,.. now I kinda want one for myself IRL.

I love how you guys take what other people desire in a space, their interests etc, and create an awesome room. You guys don't shy away from learning how to incorporate what someone elses wants compared to other people. You guys still have a style, but you work with the other person wants vs what you guys want. I would love to see your take on an anime room one day, and see what you do with that.
Totally agree! Every makeover is so unique rather than just a slightly different version. They are honestly the only channel where I watch every video because it’s always something new but still done in TSG style 😊

I searched the comments high and low and could not find anyone mentioning the bird. I'm a bird nerd and it's a COWBIRD in case anyone was wondering 🤣 they are gonna sh*t birds (they knock out an egg from another nest and replace that egg with their own, then make an adopted mama and daddy bird raise their baby without the different species of bird knowing!)
How weird, we have a type of brood parasite bird (type of cuckoo) where I am in Australia that sounds like a damn dinosaur screaming and I find them so unnerving (knowing what they and their babies do). When I heard the bird in this, even though it sounds much nicer and less terrifying, I got a chill from it like I do when I hear a cuckoo, and I scrolled through the comments to see if anyone knew what it was. Thanks!

This was an unbelievably fun makeover! I enjoyed the original in-game design and was so thrilled with the attention to detail when you brought it to life. The credenza was my favorite part! And the desk makeover is going to make Kelsey’s workflow wayyyy better
