  • Taking advantage of Covid quarantine, we trained for 30 days straight. We created a rotating schedule to focus on the four main skills of Spikeball: Setting, Serving/Serve Receive, Hitting, and Defense. All drills are done with just two people. Hilltop Spikes is ready for a huge comeback season after Max’s injury. We do not own the rights to the music in this video.

    If anyone says they can't get better because they don't have four or more people to play a game with, this video will prove them very wrong. Thanks for the video. My brother and I will implement some if these drills into our practices
