- FRESH ´23 Training Camp by World Champion Fredric Hinkle in the sport of roundnet. The beginning has low quality sound but we fixed it afterwards. Serve receive in roundnet is one of the six main elements of the game. However, we would like to point out this is a clinic for mostly advanced/pro players, although beginners and intermediate players can also find value in the fundamentals, such as feet positioning.
Today, we have the world champion Fredric Hinkle from Texas sharing his knowledge at our training camp. Big shoutout to Simon from Ingolstadt who helped us with editing the video.
FRESH, an abbreviation for Future Roundnet European SpikeHouse is an annual meet up of the best European and, newly, world's best players on a picturesque island of Mallorca, Spain. In 2023, FRESH introduced it's first official training camp and had a star-studded coaches from the entire world.
