@@antonistojowski3383 hey how did your workout go, I’m just starting and was wondering how many reps did you do and also do I do every single stretch mentioned in this vid every day? Also should I do warm up stretches?
Five months ago I took up Taekwondo at the age of 61. I have trained for 20 years in wing chun but that doesn't involve any high kicks with the result that I am as flexible as a house brick. The frontal kicks are not too bad but my roundhouse is awful. I am hoping this 30 day regime will help me to improve. Thanks for the video.
Thanks for this a lot. Just one small input, it would much easier to follow the the daily plan if you wouldn’t have set the exercise on the pdf and in the video in an alphabetical order, but in the daily routine order
I bet I should warm up before doing this too? I mean it's common sense but maybe you could point me some specific warm up exercises to do this program safely?
Global Martial Arts University Allright, I am currently on my 27 day of the program. I already feel and see how my flexibility improved in my hips and hamstrings. I am glad that I found this video.
Namaste Prasad Ji! I am an English Martial Artist and I lived and worked for 20 yrs in India, mainly in Rajasthan, from 40yrs old to 60yrs old(I am 66yrs old) I have a 3rd dan in TKD and have also spent time learning Wing Chun and Shotokan. Whilst in India I studied Yoga and I found Yoga great for increasing my flexibility for TKD! By the way, I love India and the Indian people, I was made so welcome and truly in India Guest is God"
I'm a bit confused... This was overwhelming... Nothing compared to the other videos... Are we supposed to do all of these exercises? Or could we choose some... And thanks for everything, you're the best
Normally your handedness goes for the leg as well. If you are right-handed then you are better with your right leg. But you should train both legs. Especially if you are going to compete.

This is awesome. Everyone focuses on stretching. Very few people talk about the muscle strength required to get your leg up high.

You should be okay if you missed one day.

Read the description there's a pdf of the program you'll need to follow
Hey! Any other way of downloading the PDF? The link is not working, thanks in advance!
Link is working fine for me. Check your firewall
I got a question, should i kick on my left leg when I'm right handed or vice versa or should i get used to both?
Normally your handedness goes for the leg as well. If you are right-handed then you are better with your right leg. But you should train both legs. Especially if you are going to compete.
hi there! I'm just wondering if should we do the vid of class 1-6 simultaneously in a day? or should it be 1 video a day?
In my opinion, you should proceed to the next class only when you mastered the skills taught in the first class.
Do you already have a belt or just training?
Best
Doing this and your stretch for splits routine on same is okay or not?
@Abdullah Hamid Usmani thanks
should I do all the excercises in a row?
Go to the description and click the very first link. That may help.
Thanks Taekwondo daniel radcliffe
Mose from office
all these stretches are way too hard for me is there a vid that is better for beginners ?
Tyr making modifications:
-Lower the height of leg raise
-Decreasing time taken to hold/do one position
-Open 180 degree Splits to 150 degree splits
sir
I'm just starting and I have no idea
Dude, don't tippy toe when you kick!
