    This is awesome. Everyone focuses on stretching. Very few people talk about the muscle strength required to get your leg up high.

    Five months ago I took up Taekwondo at the age of 61. I have trained for 20 years in wing chun but that doesn't involve any high kicks with the result that I am as flexible as a house brick. The frontal kicks are not too bad but my roundhouse is awful. I am hoping this 30 day regime will help me to improve. Thanks for the video.

    Thanks for this a lot. Just one small input, it would much easier to follow the the daily plan if you wouldn’t have set the exercise on the pdf and in the video in an alphabetical order, but in the daily routine order

    I bet I should warm up before doing this too? I mean it's common sense but maybe you could point me some specific warm up exercises to do this program safely?

    I got a question, should i kick on my left leg when I'm right handed or vice versa or should i get used to both?

      Normally your handedness goes for the leg as well. If you are right-handed then you are better with your right leg. But you should train both legs. Especially if you are going to compete.

      In my opinion, you should proceed to the next class only when you mastered the skills taught in the first class.

      Tyr making modifications:
      -Lower the height of leg raise
      -Decreasing time taken to hold/do one position
      -Open 180 degree Splits to 150 degree splits
