Last week our lads were waiting outside a school for 4 minutes for the gates to open so they could deliver some furniture, idling on a zig-zag line, and picked up a fine. Morning Maria,just to say when you start keeping fit that can make you not lose weight as building muscles are heavier than fat so many be that's why 18:07 you have not lost on the scale's may be take your waist measurement as some times you don't lose weight but lose ins I think it keeps you more motivated, please could you tell me what the keep fit video's you are using as I'm wanting to start something but really don't no wear to start and you seem to enjoy doing them thank you for your vlogs ❤😊x

What a lovely surprise Mick will have for his birthday all the best people are born in October 😀my birthday is on the 19th and I will be 89.
