Maria, I'm so happy for you! Your results are amazing! I have taken Mounjaro for almost a year and I have lost 70 pounds (5 stone) as of this morning. My starting weight was 4 pounds higher than yours, but I'm only 5'5". I also pay for mine out of pocket and it's $580 from a Canadian pharmacy. In the US, it's $1200/month!!!! Make sure you get as much protein in as you can, like 100 grams or more. Also, don't be surprised if you lose hair. Weight loss triggers it. I feel the same as you, I don't ever want to feel out of control ever again. It's like being on a level playing field as normal people. Thanks for showing before and current photos; you can sure see the difference!

Hi Maria, thank you for your update. Wow!! I feel elated for you and your weight loss, you look absolutely amazing. That food noise in your head is horrible isn't it. 8 times out of 10 I can ignore it but it really is so hard to manage. Im looking forward to seeing you in another 4 weeks. Im glad you made the statement saying if this isn't your thing then don't watch. They were so negative when you announced you was trying the injection I was astounded how many awful people made a horrible comment!! They appeared so nice in previous videos but in reality they were all so false! Im excited and pleased for you. Happy New Year to you and your family xxx

Hello Maria, I'm interested in hearing about your journey but not interested in having injections. I have somehow given up chocolate and find I dont have the cravings that I used to have, so I feel good about that little victory. I wish you good luck on your journey. A great weight loss medication but should you stop taking this medication will you still have the same issue of weight gain that you have had in the past with any diet or eating programme. So does this mean you may take this medication for the rest of your life in order to control your eating?

Hello Maria, thank you for the update. I am about to do my 6th jab (I do the 5th out of pen), and am gong up to 5mg today, little apprehensive due to all the stories I read, hoping to continue with little side effects. I too feel absolutely great, I started at 28st and at 5ft 5 I have a massive amount to lose..so far in 5 weeks I lost 1st 1 1/2lb…so happy with that and that’s with meals out and Christmas. I am using this medication as a tool, and am determined to change my relationship with food forever, I know I can do it…it’s just amazing, and appreciate it’s expensive but my health is worth every penny and I will save in other ways to carry on. Happy New year x

Hair looks fab just watched your latest diet video you looked great but hair related your hair seems to have suddenly grown mine gets stuck at top of shoulder are u using something special to encourage length and also yes u had curled at hairdresser but looks like you have now being curling have you being using an hairwrap tool to achieve this .I'm so wanting to get my hair similar length and waves xxxx

Hi Maria l started my journey a week ago - not the best time with it being Christmas week!! Therefore, l think that’s why l only lost a disappointing 1lb ☹️ but better 1lb off than many lbs on. Hoping here on in my results will be better. I found your video really helpful and thank you for your honesty. I am also funding my own Mounjaro which although expensive is going to improve my BP and backache😊so it’s a good investment. I’m 71 years old 5ft 8” with a starting weight of 15st 3lbs. ❤️
