Well done for making a positive start and joining slimming world. The walking definitely helps to motivate you to stay healthy eating and also helps to lose inches from your body. Would be good if we could see what you eat over the whole day if you can manage to find time, fingers crossed all goes well for you x

Morning Maria. Good luck on your weight loss journey. I'm sure you'll do very well. You know exactly what to do. Sometimes you just need the support of going to group to give you the incentive to keep going. I've tried going to group but it's just not for me. Always the same ones every week, all about them. Found that in different groups I've been to in the past. Group is very helpful and certainly gives you the incentive to lose weight. Your meal looked delicious. Thank you for sharing xx

I make my scrambled eggs in a litre jug n the microwave it’s amazing how they rise to the top.

The green joggers - very nice the "cricket jumper" I thought was just a bit too long , and on me at 5' 2" it would look ridiculously long but I did like the design.❤

I am not a lover of plastic sweaty trousers on anyone,sorry better with tousers or jeans.The green joggers and jumper suit you.

Hi Maria , I sleep on my front , with my head on my arm , so not sure if the pillow would help me , but it looks comfy . I wasn’t keen on the jacket & faux leggings , but the green joggers & jumper looked better on you . Thanks for sharing .

Hi Maria This pillow is a bit expensive but I could ever afford that on pension so I won’t be buying it sorry. I never get wrinkles on my face anyway as I have a memory foam pillow. The clothing from Matalan is of good value I think. I like the jacket too but am not a fan of the pu leather jeggings. I got a cricket jumper I bought off Next a few years back and I have one in blue. I bought those in the sale but I cannot remember how much they were. Seeing you with the long skirt and jumper, as it doesn’t seem that long since we wore winter clothes before lol. The clothes looked nice on you but leggings in that fabric don’t flatter us older ladies All the best and see you in the next one x

Blimey, those pillows are expensive aren't they. Really liked the light jumper and green trousers, very smart. Think the cropped jacket might look better with wide leg trousers 🤗
