Luffy didn't want Chopper because he was a doctor. Actually he didn't even know it untill Chopper was on the ship. He only wanted Chopper because of his cool power with 7 transformations (btw Sanji didn't knew it either, he wanted Chopper as "emergency food"😂)
Technically they would stop at thriller bark so all-in-all a lot of it ify even if it's a what-if

I always theorerised that at the end when shanks asks for it back he gives a wide luffy smile and says “no thanks I’ve gotten quite attached to it” something surprising everyone but shanks and he would fight him for it or Davey back fight for it at least which makes sense I mean what if red hair shanks was bald luffys would lose his literal identity as a pirate and even if he gets a new one it would never be the same as the one he’s carried for so long

I think you’ve glossed over one major part. Aokiji definitely kills luffy because the only reason he let him live was because he knew he was a good person and that he had helped deal with crocodile which in this story line doesn’t happen. I think this story’s timeline 100% ends at luffy getting smashed by Aokiji. And if somehow you say that they escape or Aokiji let’s them free, Kuma 100% claps luffy and his crew at Thriller Bark.

I just thought about how scary an evil nika fruit user would be. Because the whole idea is that they “ring the bells of freedom” and no matter what way you look at it if the one who does that has an evil demeanour or intentions would be absolutely terrifying. Because if you say that the evilness is seen as freedom by the people who are freed by nika in the regular series (or feel freed by it) then luffy basically has an army of people who have a warped perception of good and bad and see his evil actions as justice. And if you say that nobody feels freed then that means that freedom is basically erased until someone else eats the fruit. And if the outrageous power of the nika fruit is used for evil then the one piece world would be thrown into absolute shambles until a massive revolution of basically every strong character in the series (especially if that user has more advanced fruit and/or haki usage than luffy) manages to overpower them.
Very good video but I think that Kaya would still give the boat to the straw hats as he saved her and her village, on top of that in the anime/manga they give the boat to the straw hats BEFORE they even invite Ussop to the team. So I think your only mistake is that he doesn’t have a boat to start with.
Realistically even if he was evil he's able to recruit all of the straw hats there's certainly a bit of willpower in a captain let alone a conqueror asking you to join their crew seems more like an order than a request and it takes will to say no none of them have that will especially Chopper especially early Chopper Frankie would be the closest to saying no but ultimately still has to leave so he has to go with them so does Robin and so does Brooke

Finding Baratie happened because Usopp shot a rock, without him they wouldn't go to Baratie, Sanji wouldn't join and Zolo wouldn't Fight Mihawk; they'd probably have more treasure too, so I think they'd skip straight to Arlong Park navigated by Nami in their stolen ship, and the betrayal would probably be done at sea with Nami making some kind of signal to Arlong...
That said, I think the fight would go quite differently because this is a different Luffy, and he doesn't have the same sort of philosophical difference with Kuro, so I think Arlong Park will see Nami betray them and the seamen having an advantage at sea, but the monster trio of Luffy, a fully fit Zoro and Kuro taking them on at the park itself; Kuro probably being able to navigate and is a former butler so should know how to cook pretty well, and I think they end up winning the fight even more resoundingly because Zoro isn't injured and Luffy isn't going to be as enamored by a pinwheel to get his feet stuck in the ground and get thrown in the sea; although Chuu doesn't get a matchup so will probably provide annoying covering fire I don't think it'll make enough of a difference.
Without the Baratie side quest they get to Loguetown earlier though, which could mean they miss the lucky meet up with Dragon, but they might still meet up with a super smooth skinned Alvida and could let her join the crew, maybe she can take over the Kitchen duties and is slippy enough they might be able to get away if she joins Luffy's crew instead of Buggy's.
In the grand line though we get some fun, Crocus might teach him of Haki but I see no reason he'd teach them how to harness it, but when he drops the log pose Crocus gave him Kuro is there to catch it, and importantly not Vivi's replacement because she's not there yet. They have a 6 in 7 chance of never going to whiskey peak because Crocus' log pose is set to a completely different path; but we assume the 1/7 because elsewise we're at an absolute impasse with no idea how the story could possibly go from here on out.
Here Zoro defeats 100 bounty hunters, but Luffy probably doesn't fight him because the people there were weak, and so they travel on to the next island without hearing about Alabasta or anything going on with Baroque Works. Vivi doesn't get them to take her to Whiskey Peak, but does probably get there herself with her plan to meet up with Igaram, but, umm... he dead. Vivi gets caught by Mr. 5 and Miss Valentine, and project Utopia goes on to be a roaring success until the point where Robin either dies lying about whats on the Ponyglyph or (more likely in this scenario with a full plan going perfectly thanks to Mr 3 and Miss Golden Week's involvement and of course no destruction of Rainbase (and Smoker, Tashigi and Hina being nowhere near because Mister 3 never gets sent to take out the people who know Crocodile's secret) has to give up the information that Pluton is on Wano and Crocodile just took the throne of a country without the weapon, which is probably going to end real bad for him.
But that's not the Strawhat's journey, because that ends up in this admittedly 1 in 7 chance with them landing on Little Garden and having to stay there for a year, but thankfully we have a strength focused Luffy here, as well as Zoro, Kuro and Alvida of course who can hunt dinosaurs pretty well to keep them alive for the whole year they have to stay there for the log to set where they get to make friends with two powerful giants who know Haki, a thing Luffy wants to learn and knows the concept of, and thankfully they love fighting which Luffy also loves. This is the year long training arc, where Luffy, Zoro, Kuro and Alvida learn how to use Haki, but from this point on the world is so radically changed, Wapol took back over Drum Kingdom and never discovered Wapometal, there was a war with Crocodile that went down, Robin was likely captured and executed, Deathpeia happened and the island of Skypeia fell to the blue sea, Enel's Vassals weren't defeated and went to the moon (where they might have suffocated, who knows the physics of the moon in one piece?), CP-9 probably eventually found the blueprints for Pluton, The Supernovas didn't fight the Pacifistas, Moria made his zombie army and might have even gotten an even better shadow at Marineford to put into Oars, Jinbei and Boa weren't warlords anymore and probably both got killed, Blackbeard was probably killed or captured by Magellan who wouldn't have a second escape to worry about... the world would be radically different, and honestly a lot more chaotic. And in the middle of the real world One Piece time skip the alt Strawhats now knowing Haki and being way stronger and full of dinosaur meat...
Or possibly they're dead of the five day disease... Alvida is probably too slippery to get bit, but Zoro does like going shirtless when training, and Luffy's legs are always exposed so they are both highly susceptible to getting it... At least if they die of 5-day disease we know how their journey goes.

@@akxay They said they never got sick in a joke scene, that does not mean they can't, until we meet doc. Q in a serious confrontation we won't know. Both have been shown as vulnerable to poisons with Zoro's fear of Nola's bite and obviously Magellan and mental health disorders against Perona so how they would react to a serious disease is yet unknown.
That said I did write the one year time skip first and then wrote a possible alternative to the year time skip, so kinda weird to bring it up like it's the crux of an argument.

yah people mostly misunderstand luffy not being resistance against sword for a weakness, but the fact is everyone with out haki is weak to a sword slash except bigmom and kaido, like if u use the same sword attack on luffy zoro and shanks all of them are gonna be affected equally , and if haki used it depends on whose haki is stronger
It is a weakness tho, when he stretches he has more area on his body so he’s more vulnerable to sword attacks as they can slash him with more ease because he has larger area on his body

You forgot at fishman island, Usopp was the reason that Chew was not there to help Arlong.
You also forgot about Perona probably overpowering the whole crew since there is no Usopp there.

2- if she refuses to join him
he will destroy the village and kill everyone including her
That would really make luffy evil and would cause a rift between Sanji and Luffy which will result in a fight between them ending with Luffy or Zoro killing Sanji
Crocodile would never work under anyone, he prefers to be in charge so I think that he will get killed by Luffy for refusing to join his crew

This evil Luffy arc could turn into a redemption story of someone who was misguided, like Blackbeard. Instead of Red Hair Shank defeat him it would be Luffy. Losing everything to Luffy, Blackbeard might learn the error of his way to go back and make amends for what he did.

Depends on when he starts to be evil. If we go waaaay back to small kid Luffy before meeting ace or sabo he'd probably join with those riff raff pirates, Betraying Ace and Sabo which would make one piece extremely different. In so many ways in fact the story would probably barely be recognizable.

I know it would require a incredibly huge amount of work but just as an idea (maybe for a special or something like it) I think this series would be really fitting for an interactive video, where the viewer is able to decide which way the scenario goes on since there are a lot of different outcomes of them. Just as an idea.

Interesting video. The one fatal flaw with your theory, imho, is this one: How would Luffy know that Crocus was part of Roger's crew and that Crocus knows Haki after just having reached Reverse Mountain ? How would Luffy even know what Haki is at that point ?

Well, he could have asked "how do I defeat a guy with pure Smoke powers?" Crocos is old, therefore he could have some experience and maybe he would have Luffy said something like "with Haki" , something that could interest Luffy and demands crocos to teach him that.

I have a really good idea for the end, maybe a option 4? This is how it would play out. This is like option 3 but instead of just joining straight away he starts screaming at shanks saying its his fault for luffy being this way because at the start shanks told luffy he wasnt strong enough to join his crew which he starts using conquerers haki again but this time slowly becomes more weaker as he mumbles the name ace over and over again until he collapses and starts crying. Shanks takes pity out of this as rescues luffy anway and lets him join the crew which when he changes he throws the straw hat to him.
What the hell do you mean "No Usopp No Merry" They get the ship for saving the town from the pirates not for inviting Usopp to the crew???

1- In fact, the main reason why Luffy is kind and does not kill his enemies it is because Shanks sacrificed his arm to save him from the sea monster. If he hadn't done that, Luffy would have been evil and perhaps more evil than what you described in the video.
2- Perhaps if Luffy was evil, He wouldn't have left that island empty-handed, he might force him to join the crew, but also he would enslave him as Alvida did with Koby. It is also undeniable how important the role Usopp played in helping the crew, even if it was weak, but his luck and skills in maintenance and design of things benefited the crew through his whole journey.
Then everyone would steal his eye n arm and he’d destroy everything and have an eyepatch and metal arm and laugh in his throne as everyone suffers and have red hair n black eyebrows
Here is one thing I think you missed is Garp, he would not stand by as Luffy fights shanks especially after he just lost ace

I feel like things would've gone awry as early as Alabasta. There's no Usopp or Chopper to take out Mr 4's pair, and no Usopp to make Nami her climate baton, so she doesn't have a very good fighting chance, either.

Nah, I thin they'd still get the Merry. Kaya didn't give the Merry cause of Usopp, she gave it as thanks. Also, I don't think Robin would join because when Crocodile betrayed her, she gave up. But Luffy gave back her will to live. She decided to go with Luffy because he was different. Her seeing Luffy as anyone else wouldn't make her want to live any longer than she already did at the end with Crocodile. But if Luffy defeats her before her will is shattered, then I guess she would join. I also don't see Robin sacrificing herself for the crew if she views them as a means to an end. Unless Luffy's actions of protecting her from Aokiji moved her enough. Also, I don't see Franky joining as he saw that Luffy wasn't just some pirate wanting to pillage, much less make a ship for them.
Although mostly I agree things wouldn't change too much until Sabaody, but I think there's also an argument to be made that Luffy's loss to Rayleigh could set him straight if his loss was big enough. But I agree ultimately, Luffy will buckle at either Rayleigh or Shanks' strength and start reforming his bonds with his crew as they were going to from the beginning.

Actually Usopp did actually still become a real pirate, if you notice closely, he says he will set off to a ship alone to become a real pirate (he says that to his crew or shall i say wannabe crew of kids) but then Luffy invited Usopp to his crew so Usopp either way would still become a real pirate
If they would have stopped at Crocus resort to learn haki, it would have taken at least months for them to learn basics if not more. During this time Crocodile would have succeeded in coup and Straw hats wouldn't have helped Vivi and met Crocodile or Nico. Also Crocus would have probably healed Vivi so they didn't have point to go too deep in Drum island. If they popped at the shore they would have just killed those who denied their access. Also what would have happened in Little Garden? Would Luffy have befriended them both alone without Ussop and them helping Straw hat with Island Eater? Not likely.

Also he would likely learn the gears and learn to awaken his devil fruit much earlier since in the Canon of the manga it was Because he realised he needs to protect his friends but in this scenario he had desired to get stronger from the beginning
