Prices fluctuate all the time but if you look around you can buy the butterfly clasp separately (about 10 quid as I type), then go for any number of similar straps with patterning, tyretread, oyster style etc, or less taper (18mm clasp instead of 16mm). It actually works out about 30% cheaper to do that, then you can keep ordering different colour straps and swap the clasp out when you like. Or you could buy other fkm straps that come with a different type of clasp, for way less money. Those clasps are OK, especially if you don't like the spring-close style. But they don't have the 2-position adjustment. I have loads of these things and can't stop buying them as they're so versatile when you have a few different colours. EDIT: Your link takes me to a different clasp type than the one you showed. The ones on the link are spring-closed and better quality as they're polished on the edges. I have one like you showed on the video, that I bought separately but it's too chunky for the strap IMHO.
Thanks for the advice Yeah the link I included is not the exact one I bought as I couldn’t find it. But figured it would be 90% the same! In the future I would get the non butterfly version which I also linked because it just feels a lot better to operate
I have a 22mm with the butterfly clasp, and a 20mm with the adjustable clasp. I much prefer the latter because of the adjustable clasp, which is especially important because you have to cut the strap, but I don‘t like the raised edges on the fkm , so now I ordered the other strap but without butterfly clasp in 20mm and hope it fits the adjustable clasp just as well. Still waiting for it to arrive, but I have high hopes for that combo.
The FKM CTS straps from Denique and Juelong are so much better value than the Delugs one, I agree. I own all three brands and I don't see a reason to ever pay Delugs prices again since the rubber quality and finishing of the clasps are identical to my eyes.
Interesting! Never knew there were butterfly clasps on rubber straps. Are they stretchable as I like watches that have multiple adjustment holes or are they quick fly adjusts like the San Martin watches?
They have 2 micro adjustment holes on each side of the buckle, so 4 in total. These rubber straps have ridges on the underside, so can cut it down to the perfect size and then further adjust with the micro adjustments :)
That’s not correct 😕 . I just checked with the silver clasp and in total it’s £18.12, sure there can be vat which will bring it to around £20. Still a good deal if you consider alternatives, and if you end to wait for a better deal that’s also a good option :)
But it’s 22 total including the strap, and the clasp. If on a budget I’d suggest get a single buckle, then can interchange the cheap FKM straps at around £10 per strap (including VAT)

Thank for the info! Glad my hunch was correct 👍 unfortunately this video also means a sponsorship from them is extremely unlikely haha
be careful the weak point is often on the pumps which rust and which are thin with a low-end spring
Noted! That’s a good point. Will see how it goes.
Thanks
Thank you nice one !
My pleasure 👍

You pop the strap out and move it to a different hole. Easy to do with a paperclip or sim-card tool on these straps as the hole goes through.
Now £22 for the butterfly clasp and £12 for the fold over + VAT.

@MaksTimeless Using your link the silver butterfly clasp is £22.19 for every strap colour and width, excluding VAT.
