Glad to see a well curated collection. It's too easy to keep buying and buying watches. The real challenge that demonstrates understanding is culling and curating a collection.

Since about five years, I bought about 20 watches on Aliexpress with Seiko, Myota movements. They all work fine, no quality control issues for the money paid. Great value for someone that doesn't have the money to buy Rolex, Omega, Breitling etc.....

Thanks. I had ordered a cheap silicone strap from that site for about $10, but cancelled that and went looking for an FKM strap. I found one on another site (the bay of fleas) for nearly $300. So I took those images and did a reverse image search and found it on the site you mention. With a discount code from the trader store and cashback from Quidco, I paid less than $50 - £40) including delivery and UK VAT (20%). It was the exact colour I wanted, black with green stitching, to match my 126900 Air King (Clean Factory copy). I am one happy bunny. Hopefully it will ship before Chinese New Year. I find if the VAT is pre-paid, and if they use EVRI in the UK, shipping is really fast. Fastest I have had is five days (including two weekend days). Luckily for me, the local EVRI delivery person is a friend and neighbour, so highly reliable. The Post Office, if they use them, tend to take a week longer.

The Aliexpress inexpensive adjustable clasps are priceless, especially since so many metal bracelets are frustratingly "in between" for sizing. Nice collection!

Ive struggled for a good 30 minutes before i watched your video. I was afraid of scratching the lugs but there was just no other way to put it in. Thanks to you ive done it within 5 mins. Unlike other straps, Traskas metal straps are not easily replaced. Replacing other types are really easy but not the metal one.

I have always wanted a Seiko cocktail time in blue, I have been looking at this one because I live in LA. My father had a sector watch that he lost and I’ve been trying to find one, no luck. I guess the nodus sector would check the box haha

I’m just a humble internet commenter but I will vouch for the quality of these straps. I have several bought from Juelong on Ali and they’re all excellent. Also, beware of UK brands selling exactly the same straps and clasp but customised with their own branding for an extremely healthy markup.

Thanks. These days I rarely wear a watch and when I do, often for travel, I wear a Casio G-Shock world time device. However, I have a 25 year old Oris Big Face that needs a new strap which is well north of $100 so this is a great find thanks.

be careful the weak point is often on the pumps which rust and which are thin with a low-end spring
